King Lear is a fictional, tragic story written by William Shakespeare. It is a little violent. It is about a King and his three daughters .
The king had a decision, to divide his kingdom between his children by HOW MUCH THEY LOVE HIM. He gives his oldest two daughter 1/3 of the Kingdom(the oldest two poisoned their father's mind), and when his youngest ,Cordelia, answered, the king was shocked by her answer ,failing to understand her sincerity and honesty. He banishes her. Then he divides his kingdom to 1/2 . He spends a month at his oldest daughters places. As days went by he started to regret banishing Cordelia.
It is a wonderful story I love, if you have the book but haven't read it ,I suggest you read it.
