One and Only

"I promise"

Layla's POV:

*ITS THE DAY AFTER SHE MET MATTHEO RIDDLE*

My eyes fluttered open, reaching to my alarm clock to turn off the blaring alarm going off. I have my own dorm this term so I didn't have to worry about waking up anyone else. It was around seven thirty in the morning I walked over to my bathroom rubbing my eyes feeling the makeup I forgot to take off before falling asleep last night.

I strip my clothes off and turn on the shower till steam started filling the room, I stood underneath the hot water feeling it run down my body, my thoughts consumed over Mattheos voice, eyes, hair and everything about him just gave me butterflies. After I had washed my hair and body I stepped out the showers rubbing the steam off of my mirror and started blowdrying my hair and applying makeup. I left the bathroom with my hair and makeup finished bending over to my drawers to get my uniform when I heard a knock on my door I walked to the door turned the handle to see. Blaise.

He looked down and his eyes locked to mine a smirk growing on his face. "Missed me?" he mocked. I rolled my eyes in responce, he grabbed my face leaning in for a kiss.. I pushed his away roughly. Knowing he hurt me more than anyone else had. Blaise had cheated on me with Cho Chang, the ravenclaw slut. It makes me want to throw up even thinking of her she acts like shes so innocent which is a complete lie. I frown looking at Blaise I snapped "You wish, I would rather kiss  Filch than you" Blaise scoffed and walked away. I turned and slammed the door behind me getting dressed in my uniform.

I decided to tease him since he wanted to be such an asshole. I rolled my skirt up even further and wore a school shirt from second year that hugged my breats with an extra button undone and had my tie sit loosely around my neck and had my hair up in a claw clip exposing my neck to him. I walked down the halls, seeing heads turn as I walked past. I pushed open the doors to the great hall, heads turned quickly I strutted over to the slytherin tables and sat right in front of Blaise not making eyecontact with him but you felt his eyes roaming up and down your body with his mouth opened slightly. Until you see him shoot a death stare to someone behind me.

I felt a cold hand press against my back and turned to see who it was. The one and only Mattheo right there. "May I sit here Layla?" damn his voice was just so sexy... I got lost in my thoughts when I heard "Layla are you okay?" I snapped back into reality "Yes of cource you can sit here!" I responded quickly. He sat down next to me reaching over in front of me to grab a scone, making direct eyecontact with me. Blaise's jaw clenched as he could see I was interested in him. "Um.. I was wondering if I could sit next to you in class?" Mattheo asked. My eyes lit up as I couldnt believe he would want to sit next to me, A smile grew across my face as I responded " Definitly I would love for you to sit with me" He grinned in responce. As I was leaving the great hall I saw Blaise walking up to me and he came and grabbed my arm and dragged me down the hallway.

"You are such a pathetic slut Layla, you're so desperate for anyone that even looks at you. Getting around like a whore with that skirt and your tits hanging out. If you even think about sleeping with that Riddle boy I will come for you" Blaise threatened right in your face gripping into your arms tightly. I felt my whole body tense up, feeling tears well up in your eyes, from his words. You look down and then when you looked up you see Mattheo come and punch Blaise right in his cheek. You immidietly fell to the ground as you were pinned to the wall looking at Blaise on the floor while Mattheo punched into him repeatedly, until he stood up reaching for you. He threatened Blaise saying "If you ever come near her again I will kill you Zabini" Blaise stood up quickly running away.

Mattheo held you close and you burst into tears wrapping your arms around his waist sobbing into his chest. He held you tightly comforting you by rubbing your back and whispering into your ears "It's okay, I'll never let him hurt you ever..."

"I promise."
