Smokefur isn't very confident and often doubts himself. He has problems with finding his self-worth, but values his friends and family a lot. He is also shy and usually acts awkward when he is the center of attention. However, when he's alone and has time to concentrate, he can be an excellent hunter. He also acts a bit awkwardly around his mate, Sandycloud. He does what he thinks is the best for her, although sometimes, it looks very funny to others.
Sandyclpud is a bubbly and enthusiastic she-cat. She has an attitude of positive thinking, and even though she doesn't usually brilliantly solve problems, she keeps the positive and happy atmosphere that many cats appreciate about her. She, in her point of view, has the best relationship with Smokefur that she could've ever had. She is a few moons older than him, but since she is quite small and has a personality of a kit, she looks a few years younger than him.
