Mitchell Straub, a man deeply in love with his roommate, had been jogging around the premises of a local shopping mall, looking for the right kind of flowers for his roommate Bee. Bee must have been getting worried by now, it's been nearly ten minutes, and she was most likely waiting outside the change room to show Mitchell her new dress.
He started to panic, wiping his clammy hands on his black jeans he was currently wearing. He was worried that Bee would think that he abandoned her there. Turning a sharp corner, Mitchell finally found himself in the only flower shop in the entire mall.
Running inside, he searched and searched for the perfect bouquet of flowers for Bee. He wanted them to match the theme of her room. She was very picky about things like that. Everything needed to be perfect, she always said to him. If they weren't perfect, Bee was not a happy queen.
Eventually, Mitchell had chosen a bouquet of white, pink, and red flowers, which mainly consisted of roses, daisy's, and tulips. Quickly running from the store, Mitchell ran back into the clothing store, where Bee was patiently waiting for Mitchell to return, so he could see the dress she had been freaking out about for the past month.
He took a deep breath, and walked calm, and collected into the store, holding the flowers behind his back. He gently tapped on her left shoulder, smiling all cheesily. She remained seated while she turned around. Mitchell had wiped the small beads of sweat from his forehead, and smiled dorkily. "Hey Bee." He said to her.
"I thought you left me..." She whispered out. He sighed deeply, and sat down beside her, flowers still behind his back. She wiped her eyes dry, making sure not to smudge her eye makeup. "I'm glad you stuck around though."
He smiled faintly at her, she was clearly hurt, and it killed Mitchell to know that. "Bee... Please don't be sad. Listen, you're beautiful, funny, sweet as a honeybee.." She started to giggle a bit, that last line being the donation jingle tune on her twitch streams.
He smiled at her, and slowly brought the bouquet of flowers in front of himself, presenting her with the beautiful bouquet, of different kinds of flowers. She gasped a little too loudly, and people started to stare. I was already enough in love with the girl, no more need to draw any attention to us after all. "Mitchell!" She said with excitement, standing up, and hugging the boy as tight as ever.
Mitchell's eyes unfocused on the bouquet, and more on Bee in general. The dress on her was a slim fit, with a bit of a poof to it along the hems of the dress. The pattern was black and white, with small designs of flowers all over. It was a sweetheart neck line, that formed aroumd her chest perfectly, and it was strapless. He could now see why Bee had been freaking out over this dress so much.
"Oh umm.." He stuttered, stopping his gaze and returning back into reality. "I hope you like the flowers, it took me ages to find the flower shop!"
"Oh Mitchell! I love them! But, I do want your opinion on the dress. Does it suit me? As I thought it would?" She asked him quietly, before looking around the store at the other customers.
Without second thought, Mitchell placed his hands on Bee's small waist, and said in hum; "Suit you? Bee you look absolutely gorgeous." He said with a smile.
Bee slowly took a step forward into the mans arms, and smiled, her hands gently resting on his shoulders. Mitchell's heart started to pound harder, and Bee's stomach got so many butterflies.
Mitchell took a deep breath, and was about to tell her. He had to. It was a perfect time to tell Bee that he was in love with her. He went to speak, but Bee moved away. "I should get changed huh..." She whispered back to him. He quickly shut his mouth and stuttered, sighing.
She carefully let go of his shoulders and walked into the change room, the two of them clearly knowing something was going on. Bee got into the change room and leaned against the door, completely speechless.
Mitchell cursed quietly to himself, pinching the skin on his wrist lightly. He shouldn't have pulled her close like that, knowing that something awkward like that would happen. He thought Bee looked beautiful, and expressed it through his actions.
"Hey Bee, how about that ice cream?" He asked to break the tension between the two of them. He had heard a small giggle come from inside the change room, and he smiled a little, and chuckled back a tad as well.
"Ice cream sounds good Mitchell! But then promise to take him home after? I need to record badly. With Minecon coming up soon, I need to pre-record so much. Stressful honestly." She sighed a bit, and walked back out of the stall, as the two approached the counter.
"Only If I can record with you, considering we are going together." He smiled and handed the lady his credit card, and typed in his pin.
"Sure thing! I'm recording with Sean(grapeapplesauce), Zack(pokediger1), and Nathan(noboom), and now you too! eee! This is gonna be so much fun! Messing around on Mineplex with my pals!" She giggled and smiled brightly, which made Mitchell smile just as bright.
He thought that her smile was the most beautiful thing on earth. The way her wide smile forced two small dimples on her cheeks, to her absolutely perfect teeth. Bee was so beautiful from head to toe,
"...Mitchell?" Bee quietly said his name, and tapped his shoulder, shaking him a little. Mitchell snapped up, with eyes wide open. He laughed nervously. "Are you ready to go?"
He nodded his head in approval and smiled back at the girl. "C'mon Bee, I'll even get you an extra scoop on your cone." he sighed and smiled brightly at her, in a charming sort of way.
Mitchell sighed again, he needed the right time to tell Bee he loved her so.
