(I actually have no idea how to write this since I've never seen an interaction like it so I'm just.. writing with a kinda blank mind)
You lightly scratch the back of your neck. "Uh.. I'm not.. into girls.." You say barely above a whisper. The girl blinks. "Oh! Oh shoot sorry!- I didn't think.." She laughed, probably out of embarrassment. "Oops.. sorry." You put your hands up in a way to get her to pause and breathe for a moment. "It's okay, you didn't know."
The next day, things are kinda normal, she still likes you.. but a lot less now, and is working on moving on and searching for another, with your help of course. You're still great friends, though maybe a bit closer now, with you helping her search for someone great for her and all.
