Chapter 2 -What happened?-

i slowly opened my eye, ow, my head was still throbbing badly, i had a killer headache.

i rubbed my head slowly and looked around.

the heck?!

beautiful blue, black and purple colours where all around me, with tiny little dots, i'm guessing where stars. My feet were floating, not touching any hard surface. I felt light as a feather as I looked around. I noticed even my hair was slowly floating as well.

wait a minute, am i dead? no i cant be!

i slowly stood up, making sure i didn't make my headache worse.

i...i was standing on air, how was i not falling and or dying right now?

"hello?" i looked around, everything was a little bit dizzy, so i couldn't make out everything clearly. Wherever I was, it was to dark. Nothing was clear to the eye.

suddenly i heard of what sounded like a buzzing noise behind me, i slowly turned around hoping it wasn't one of those 'lizard men' but thankfully it wasn't, it kind of looked like my mom's gem necklace but much bigger and it had a little hole in the top.

what is this thing?

i slowly made my way towards it. Or more like floating towards it very slowly.

i reached my hand out to touch it. The beautiful stone started to glow brighter and brighter as I got closer to it. but before i could touch it, my feet got stuck in mid air.

it was like something or someone super glued my feet in one spot.

A rumble from an animal started to grow louder behind me. The rumble was low and vicious, like a predator waiting to strike its prey. then something grabbed my by the neck. it's long yellow claws wrapped around my neck. The nails weren't helping either from the monster behind me, they slowly started to pierce my skin, making Crimson liquid drip down my throat ever so slightly.

i was choking, and I was in pain.

my vision was still blurry, but i could make out that is was a lizard men. It turned its claw around so the creature was now right in front of me.

It's dark pupil eyes stared at me with a killer stare, never blinking once as we both looked at each other. Even though it was hard to breath, I didn't want to, for I was afraid what this horrible thing was going to do it me.

My hands instantly went around his claw that was still around my throat. My body was soon loosing oxygen, making my face go blue. I tried to pry his claws off my neck, but nothing happened.

he opened his mouth and chuckled, showing his big large, yellow teeth. I could have been imagining it, but it seemed as though it's teeth slowly grew logged and longer as saliva dripped down its chin.

"so pathetic, weak, stupid..." he said, his grip tightening around my throat.

My eyes went big as I squeaked uselessly.

i grabbed onto his claws and tried prying them off my throat once more, but it was useless, it only made him laugh more at my struggling.

My vision slowly started to blur more and more as this creature laughed in my face. Like he was having fun playing with my life on his hands.

then, like it was just on cue, a huge flag of lighting struck the monster in front of me. Making him Yelp away and let go of me.

did i just do that....?
