when issei is struck by Samuel's poison it is a lot more potent then normal and would end up dying but before his soul could move on ophis saved it and send him back in time but messes up the spell and send him back to far
As issei comes out of his mindscape and begins to feel his body heating up and begins steaming with whisps of smoke comes off of him.

As issei is thinking this Isabella would walk through and pick up issei before noticing that he was streaming hot with her immediately getting concerned.
