This quirk allows him to copy others quirk with a 5 second touch. The quirk can also combine and de-combibine copied quirks to remove or lessen its drawbacks and improve its power or functions. It can copy any quirk and works with any surface of contact by the user. It cannot be copied and canceled since it is a mutation type quirk. It cannot be stolen like OFA. This quirk can modify the copied quirk a little to suit the user.
