Kym's POV
Today was the day that season 21 of DWTS starts. It's really early and I'm in hair and makeup talking to all the other girls. I never though I would want to get this day over with...but I do. Because of Jackson.
7:00 CT (Showtime)
The opening number was amazing and we had to walk out with our partners for the opening like usual. I was hoping that he would act like a jerk to the camera so people wouldn't vote for us. Weird right? The only thing getting me through today is knowing that Robert is in the audience.
We go out and do our little dance and we're all clapping and cheering but of course not Jackson. I brush it off and wait for the longest two hours of my life. We were going last.
I was watching everyone's faces when our rehearsal package came on and they did not look happy. Which weirdly I was happy about. So we start our dance and really no one is cheering or clapping for us except for Robert of course. After the dance was finished, I decided to be nice and supportive and give him a hug and his hand was pretty low but not on my bum, but around my tailbone which really creeped me out.
"Let's just say that your dancing isn't that far from your attitude." Len told him which made me laugh a little, but Jackson wasn't happy.
"Shut up old man!" Jackson yelled to Len, and I was tired of it so I turned to him and...
"Jackson listen here. I'm tired of your attitude. You need to learn that they are going to critique you and people are going to tell you what to do because you are the student, I'm the teacher, and they are the judges. Learn respect for them and me before you open your mouth. Got it?" This was the first time I ever said something like that to one of my partners but it had to be done. Once I finished everyone was cheering and clapping and I saw Robert in the corner of my eye and he was clapping while smiling and laughing at the same time cheering, "you go girl!"
"Fine. Whatever." Jackson told me. I was shocked he took it like that.
After the other judges spoke, Tom said we could head up to the skybox and so we did.
Once we got up there Cheryl hugged me and told me she was sorry that I was stuck with him. Got to love my sugarplum.
We talked to Erin for a bit and then we got our scores. They were pretty low but I wasn't shocked nor surprised. Jackson was furious though.
"WOW WHAT ON EARTH???" He screamed. Then he turned to me and yelled even more. "THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT I TOLD YOU WE SHOULD'VE DONE SOMETHING ELSE YOU SELFISH BRAT!!!" He just kept going and going and I didn't say a word because I was so shocked. I could see the veins in his neck and arms and I was frightened by him. He grabbed me by my thoat and before anyone could do anything, he threw me off the balcony. I prayed that someone would catch me.
Robert's POV
I never knew Jackson was this horrible as much as Kym told me. I wanted to punch him right in his "perfect" face.
Once he got his scores and was screaming at Kym and I saw how frightened she was. I wanted to smack him. I was going to go up there but he already grabbed Kym by her throat. The second I saw him do that I started running and I never knew he was this horrible to throw her off the balcony. When he did everyone stood up and I yelled "KYM" when I started running. I leaped hoping I would catch her but my eyes were closed. I prayed that I caught her. But did I?
I opened my eyes and saw....
