  3:18 p.m.
i need to meet wendy at stark's pond at 4. i usually leave 20 minutes before so i can bike there and maybe get her flowers or something from tweek bros. maybe both today.

i wore a white button down under my unzipped brown coat, dark blue jeans, old red converse and of course, my classic blue and red beanie. i grabbed my cheap silver ring off my desk, i bought us rings when we first got together. i fixed my black, middle - parted hair that poked out of my beanie as i daydreamed of our date.

i grabbed my wallet and ice skates and ran down the stairs, and i saw my parents on the couch watching a documentary. "bye mom, bye dad! i'm going to go see wendy!"
"you know stan, she would like it if you had a car, maybe." my mom said.
"this town is so small i can bike anywhere. i'll be back by dinner!"

i went out to the garage, got my light blue bike, and made a dash for tweek bros.
soon i arrived and i leaned my bike on the wall outside, and a bell jingles as i went in. "why hello stan," mr. tweak says. i saw craig washing tables, guess he's helping tweek's family.

i went up to the counter, ordered two mochas, and left soon after, saying bye to them all. i put them in my bike's basket with my skates, then i rode to stark's pond where i saw wendy slowly skating on the frozen lake. i smiled.

i put my bike by a big tree, put my skates on, and joined her on the ice. "hi wendy." she looked nice, she had a new light pink dress with lace, with her dark purple coat.
"hey, stan."

as we skated and talked together, the anger of clyde went away. he got egged and i left it at that. maybe she knows about the egging. if i ask about clyde, she'll suspect it's me. i took her hand, my thumb on her butterfly ring.

soon the sun was beginning to set, the sky turning a purple - ruby color. "hey wendy, it's getting dark, i ought to walk you home."
she blushed. "thank you."

we put our regular shoes back on, then i got my bike from the tree and handed her a mocha. "sorry if it's a little cold." she took a sip. "it's fine, it's still good."

we walked together down the town sidewalks, then to her neighborhood street. later we made it to her house and she walked me to her front door. are we going inside or ..?
she was on the front porch step, and she leaned down and kissed me. i could feel my heart beat and i blushed. she held my face when she pulled away.

"bye stan. thank you for walking me home."
i just stared up at her. she has such long eyelashes. she waved bye and went inside her house.
"bye wendy, see you at school tomorrow!"
in a lovesick daze, i biked back to my house. hollllyyyyyy.. i'm going to marry her no matter what.
