Date night. It was a warm, breezy, Saturday evening. Jungkook had been planning out this date for a long time as he knew he had to make it special and memorable. He got into his car, sighing due to anxiousness. "You can do this Jungkook," he said words of encouragement before turning on the engine.

"Taehyung," Jungkook walked into Taehyung's house, greeted by Taehyung's two cats. He smiled internally as his nose became familiar with the scent of Taehyung's home.

"Mm," he heard a hum from the grey sofa, he peeped over seeing Taehyung watching Money Heist on his TV.

"Hey baby," Jungkook leaned down, pecking his lips. Taehyung hummed at the feeling, missing his soft lips.

"Are you alright?" Asked Jungkook, Taehyung nodded unsurely. He pursued his lips while running his fingers through his hair, "I just feel a bit down."

"Why didn't you call me?" Jungkook asked concerned, walking around the sofa placing himself next to the latter. He put his hand on Taehyung's exposed thigh and rubbed small circles on it, "I don't know, I honestly don't." Taehyung replied with a huff, repositioning himself.

"Well, would a date make you feel better?" Jungkook asked, and immediately Taehyung's eyes lit up, a smile appearing on his face.

"Yeah, of course it would!" Taehyung gleamed, looking at Jungkook with endearing eyes, "Get ready then, love, take all the time you need." Jungkook quickly kissed him, they both stood up and went into Taehyung's bedroom.

"Casual?" Taehyung asked, raising an eyebrow as he opened his closet door. Jungkook following the sound of his voice, he rested his arm on the door frame. Hearts visible in his eyes as he glared down on his lover.

"Causual." He confirmed, his eyes not leaving Taehyung's figure.

Upon hearing those words, Taehyung picked out a pair of high-waisted, denim shorts; a pink, cropped top and he was thinking of pair converse to match his casual theme.

"Where are we going?" Taehyung asked, changing out of his pyjamas.
Jungkook couldn't keep his eyes on Taehyung's, the boy was stripping in front of him. He felt a slight stiffness arrive in his jeans, he mentally cursed himself as he was wearing tight jeans. Oh gosh, this's gonna be painful.

"It's something you'll love, trust me." His tongue found itself pressing against the inside of his cheek, watching Taehyung's every move.

He was now fully dressed and sitting at his vanity, he was bare-faced and honestly Jungkook preferred that. But, Taehyung liked applying makeup so Jungkook had no place to say whether he liked it or not, as the makeup was entirely for himself.

"Are we ready Baby?" Jungkook asked, seeing Taehyung walk around his room like he had something else to do. Chuckling, "Yes, I'm excited." He smiled, picking up his charged blue, IPhone 12, with a luminous phone case.

"You still have that?" Jungkook asked, taking the phone out of Taehyung's hand. He stared at the Polaroid of him and Tae when they went ice skating with a few friends. It was then trying to kiss each other, through Pringle lips.

"Of course I do, it's a core memory of mine." Taehyung smiled staring at the Polaroid inserted in his phone case. Jungkook smiled at his lover fondly, God I can't wait to make you my boyfriend.

"Right, well, let's go!" Jungkook took Taehyung's free hand. They walked out of Taehyung's apartment hand in hand, with huge smiles on their faces.

"CHERRY PICKING?" Taehyung squealed, seeing the sign as Jungkook parked up. Jeon tensed up a little, not knowing what kind of expression that was.

"Oh, I love this. I've been trying to get Jimin to take me for years!" He squealed again, unbuckling his seatbelt.

"I booked us a section, so it can just be me and you." Jungkook huffed, realising Taehyung was excited to do this. He wanted to play it safe with the first date, he wanted it to be fun, memorable and somewhat messy.

"Let's go! I'm so excited." Like the speed of light, Taehyung was already out of the car and at the entrance. Jungkook laughed from his driver seat, the eager boy sending him a rush of serotonin.

"Please put these on," The worker asked, giving them aprons to protect their clothes.

A smile not leaving Taehyung's face made Jungkook feel like he had won in life. "After you've done that, you're free to explore your section." The worker smiled, leaving them out in the cherry fields.

They both picked up small baskets for their juicy cherries, "The cherries look massive over there." Taehyung pointed towards the bush on the left side. Jungkook nodded, following his footsteps.

Taehyung started picking cherries and analysing them, "Shit, you really know your stuff." Jungkook chuckled, putting any odd cherries in his basket.

"Of course, I've been longing to do this but I didn't want go alone." He replied, picking the dark cherries only.

"I want to grow a cherry garden, but my apartment doesn't have a garden." He started, Jungkook no longer picking cherries instead he stood listening to Taehyung's words.

"I want to buy a house with an average-sized garden to grow some fruits. I love fruit pies as a dessert." He finished, standing up beside Jungkook.

"Well all the good cherries are finished here, next bush?" He asked, and Jungkook nodded.

"You want to buy a house?" He looked at Taehyung, them both crouching down again. Taehyung simply nodded, before licking his lips and speaking again, "I want to get married, buy a house and home some fruit seeds."

Jungkook was lost in thought, him and Taehyung married once they finsihed Uni. A small, cosy family home with two bedrooms, one for their kids another for them. A garden with a play-set, and a garden patch just for Taehyung.

"Jungkook-" Taehyung startled him, as he broke out of his day dream. "Yeah sorry," he apologised, picking cherries off of the floor as he couldn't concentrate.

"What we're you thinking about?" Taehyung asked, latching onto Jungkook's pudgy thigh for support.

"Our future," he started boldly, Taehyung could feel the cocoons in his stomach erupting and turning into butterflies, our future.

"You're so adorable kookie." Taehyung cupped his face, kissing his cheek and lips. Jungkook chuckled at the actions Taehyung were performing.
