The night everyone's been waiting, dreading, and excited for was finally here. This year of Saebom's seniors was finally putting on their gowns and caps. Seojun was excited about it since he couldn't wait to see all of his friends graduate with him. But then, he realized something: tonight was going to be the last time he saw him and his friends together as high schoolers. The thought made Seojun feel bittersweet about the night, even though he was still enjoying it. While he grabbed a drink, he saw Suho talking to Ju-Kyung and her girlfriend, Sujin. He pulled Suho from the conversation and took somewhere quiet with barely any people.
"What did you pull me away for?"
"Because I have to talk."
"About what?"
"My crush on you. Yes, Saebom's former bad boy likes the former student council president."
"...You do?"
"Mhm."
"I do like you back, Seojun. But how would that work? You know long-distance won't work."
"I know, hence why we should spend the summer with each other and the girls."
"For one last time."
Silence fell between them as it seemed like everything was pretty much solved for the time being. Shy smiles crept up onto both of their faces as they realized what just happened.
