Dear readers, Burned toast here. Yes, the tragic incident of Edd Gould...it's hard to try and let such a creator that passed away go. But I have to tell you, he isn't gone just yet...he may have passed in real time, but he will still open a new generation for us to hold to our dear hearts. EddsWorld's grew large for minimum of years, which only felt like a few minutes to be exact...
Edd was truly a inspiration that should've lasted a lifetime, Edds adventures truly sparked the community's goals far beyond their limits to behold. The support from his fans and the community went through the roof! They really cared about Edd, and that's what kept him going...Edd was the creator of a channel and series we shall never forget. Edd truly shined through these years fighting days and even years to try and promote his dreams for the sake of this communities sake.
Edd inspired me to keep going on my channel dreams, what's sad is that the Illness is what was holding him back from all of the things he loved and wanted to do. But we kept supporting him, and that gave him more confidence to try and fight it more. The series grew and grew even more than Edd has expected, and we should give him credit that he actually did this all for us. Even after trying to fight this illness for such a long time...
Edd was a good man to live in this community, and we all should've seen it coming. But I wish I could just take away the cancer away from Edd...so he wouldn't have to suffer anymore. So we could all see him grow more, and you know. In the 'Casting Calls' Eddisode, there was a hint that Tomska (the original voice actor of Tom in eddsworld) was not there anymore, due to a obvious hint he wasn't talking during the eddisode.
It says Tomska left the group because sadly, he was focusing and looking at the toxic side of the community. Which sadly led him to leaving the group a few months/years after Edds death. And Tord apparently being stalked and harassed by fans in the series. Which really broke my heart after I realized that, to prevented these we could've kept supporting the group, and not doing dumb things like stalking or harassing.
But it was also said that he left to pursue his dreams as a artistic, which led him also leaving the group. Every time I read this, it breaks my heart to see Edd try so hard to try and battle the he Leukemia. It breaks my heart and makes me cry everytime Edd says "It's pretty swell!" In one of the videos. I wish I could've actually been there in the funeral, but I couldn't. But remember, Edd may have passed. But he opened a new generation in our hearts...
All the hard work this channel has made through the years felt only like minutes...I'll always remember Edds adventures and hard work he has done over the years. May Edd...Rest well, and like I say.. *"Edd may have passed, but he opened a new generation in our hearts."* Good rest...Dear edd.
