{Damon pov}
The next day
8:00am

I already took a shower and got myself together and so did Sarah we were eating breakfast

"I'm scared Damon, what if mom and dad finds us...well me moms going to-

I walked over to her and sat down and looked her in the face

"Mom and dad aren't even if they do, I promise I won't let them do anything to you ever again that's why I moved out far away I'm pretty sure they assume I got you already but it should take them some time to find me even though I moved out I'm still a company owner I hate that it's the family business but soon I'll have my own company I won't have to work with dad and we are gonna live happy me and you just trust me okay"I told her and I wiped her tears and she nodded and I hugged her kissing her cheek

"I'm always here no matter what...if I pulled this off then I should be able to successfully do what I need to down the line..I want you to go to school today and have a good time make new friends Nina goes to the same school as you"I told her and her face lit up

"Yea forgot to tell you she stays down here and her dad my friend Chris I'll be there to pick you up everyday and take you promise"I told her and he hugged me

"Okay brother, I believe you"she told me and we finished eating and we grabbed her book bag and my keys

"Let's walk, ...you said it was around the corner"she said and I put my keys in my pocket

"Your right I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you, it's safe now and I want you to feel safe too so come on kiddo"I told her and she grabbed my hand as we walked out the door as we did we seen the neighbor jogging  I think her name was

"HEY Makayla"Sarah said and Makayla looked over and stopped and walked up to us

"Hey babes looks like your on your way to school"she said

"Yea it's my first day I'm kinda scared but my best friend Nina goes there remember the girl I was with yesterday"Sarah explained

"Yea I remember that's cool I bet your gonna have a great first day, just remember your never alone as long as you got a friend"she told Sarah

"Okay"Sarah said giving her a hug

"Good morning"she said to me Damn she is fine as hell and she don't even got on makeup she look good in her workout outfit too her brown skin and dark brown eyes was glowing in the sun her hair was kinda wet like she just showered and she smelled good

Sarah elbows me in the stomach which kinda hurt

"I'm sorry my brother just zones out sometimes Damon she said good morning"Sarah said in a sarcastic way

"Well don't wanna hold you guys up I'll see you later on I guess bye have a good day"she said as she ran off

"Damon...I know she came over last night and I heard everything that happened, I just want you to know even though you drink you never hurted me in anyway ever but I would like you to chill on it because you know how you get..so violent with others the little things make you pissed... {Makayla pov}

I sped back up as I told Chris good morning he's like a child hood friend to me I started to walk and catch my breath for a minute

I walked up the Side street and I turned around feeling like someone else was with me but no one was I sped up a bit

Calm down it just the pills, I don't need them this is apart of detoxing I ran a bit but someone pulled my hair I screamed and they hit my face and I kicked

"LET ME GO"I yelled and they cut my leg I screamed in pain as I felt the blood coming out of me I kicked them in the face and got up ignoring my pain from the cut and ran fast to my house I was losing to much blood I felt weak I looked down and kept running

I was right by the house but I fell bumping into someone

"Shit you okay"he asked me I I got pushing past him

"I'll be fine thanks"I said running in my hairy closing the door locking it I ran to the bathroom and grabbed the first aid kit I was on the medical field so I know what I'm doing

I ran warm water over me and then par oxide

"AHHHHHH FUCK"I yelled in pain crying then started to stitch it together who the fuck was that

Why...am I being targeted...the person who took my sister...was it him..
