"Where are we heading next?" Luna asked.
"Flareon Tribe." Violet answered. "Second- closest."
Luna nodded. "I see," She murmured.
Violet and Luna were running in the sandy earth of the Jolteon Tribe's territory. They were fulfilling Eclipse's orders of warning the other Tribes.
"How will we get to the Umbreon Tribe?" Luna suddenly asked.
"We won't, idiot, duh." Violet rolled her eyes.
Luna ignored this, but was quiet.
That night, Violet and Luna made a temporary den on the outskirts of Jolteon Territory.
"I'll build our den. Luna, you go hunt." Violet instructed.
Luna nodded. "Right." She dashed off.
Once Violet had stacked the last piece of dirt on the top, she sat to marvel at her work.
"Very good, if I do say so myself." Violet purred to herself.
Then, Violet heard a soft hissing noise behind her. She slowly turned around.
A Rattlesnake!
Violet screeched as the Rattlesnake jumped on her, fangs outstretched. Before it could bite her, she jumped up and pinned it down, snarling at it. The snake bounced out of her claws and slithered away.
Violet stood there, breathing heavily.
A few moments later, Luna slid out from behind the den, carrying a rabbit, and looked at Violet. "Did I miss something?" She asked.
"No- no you didn't." Violet answered.
Luna shrugged and dropped her rabbit. "Oh. Okay."
