The Legacies: Offsprings of the Gods

Part 1: The Attack

AQUARIUS'S POV:
Me and school are like oil and water. We do not mix at all. I only go to see my friends. By friends I mean my cousins. Ghost, Sky, and I are your stereotypical cousin trio. Ghost is your basic nerd and shy kid who watches anime in his spare time, Sky is the popular girl who has many friends and is the star of the debate team. Then there's me, the popular star of the football team and class
president.

"Ghost you cant hide for ever." I hear Sky preach as I see them at our usual spot.

"Sky, respectfully shut the fuck up." Ghost says while rolling his green eyes.

We board the bus as the both of them continue to argue. We get home and the bickering enters with us. Our mom's also do the usual by breaking them up. I do the usual by hugging all three of them. My mom, Kiara. Then my aunt and Sky's mom, Airiana. Last, my other aunt and Ghost's mom, Evette.

But today was different for some reason, my mom's eyes are usually light blue and her skin brown as milk chocolate. My Aunt Airiana's skin is smooth and a caramel complexion, and Aunt Evette is usually the color of toffee. I also remembered that their necklaces were all black. These were the necklaces our dads gave them before they passed. My mom's was a dark blue, Aunt Ariana's was a pure white, and Aunt Evette's was an emerald green. Their skin was what really got me, they were all pale, like REALLY pale.

"Mom, Aunt Evette, Aunt Airiana, are y'all feeling okay?" I said backing up away from them. I could tell my cousins were thinking the same as me. Before they could say anything, my phone rings and it's my Aunt Airiana and I remembered they were going to the Rue 21 to buy clothes for Sky. Our mother's immediately shape-shifted into hideous creatures. I recognized them from World History as the Gorgons: the three snake-headed sisters. As you can guess we all ran.

"WHAT THE HELL WERE THOSE?" Sky screamed

"HOW THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW!' Ghost gasped out.
The Gorgons are chasing us and I could tell who they were by the color of their hair, I mean snakes. Medusa was the tallest one with her green snakes, Stheno was the shortest one with her white snakes. Lastly, Euryale was the ugliest one by far, with her black snakes. They catch up to us eventually and grab Ghost by his pitch black hair.

"AAAAHHHH GET THE FUCK OFF OF ME!" he screams.

"GHOST!" Sky shouts.

Then, something happens within me and for some reason my legs jump into the pond near my neighbors house. I swim but then the water was kind of, being controlled by my will. Then, I burst out the water as Medusa opens her mouth to devour Ghost. I waterbended, in my avatar: the last airbender style, and stream of water her way as she drops Ghost. Sky and Ghost stare at me on awe. At this point I wasn't even worried that I was doing water magic. I just wanted to kick the shit out of these monsters. I continued to bend water and eventually the Gorgons were pushed in front of another house. Then, with one slice of my hand, a sharp stream of water cut each Gorgons snake-filled head clean off.
