To you in 2000 years - chapter 1

Y/n pov

Shiganshina district - year 845

It all started as you might imagine, birds flying in the sky, people trading and buying stuff at the markets and then there was me minding my own business and talking with my friends about the outside world. Then a blond haired boy who's hair came down to his cheeks asked me something.

???: Hey Y/n you listening?

Y/n: huh? Oh sorry Armin. What did you say?

Armin looked at me with an unimpressed look.

Armin: I said what do you think the outside world is like?

???: Yeah dude you barely talk about what you think, I think you should say what's on your mind.

A boy with brown hair and green eyes stared at me while a girl with black hair and grey eyes merely just watched us carefully,

Y/n: Fine Eren you win.

Eren: Look I'm not saying you have to blab everything to us I'm just saying that you should speak more often. I mean Mikasa doesn't speak all that much but every now and then she says a few things. You should be more confident that's all.

I looked at Eren then at the girl known as Mikasa then at Armin, I sighed and looked at the 50 metre wall.

Y/n: Look Eren I'm not comfortable with speaking all that much that's al-

Before I could finish a loud boom and bright light cut me off. We all went to see what it was and we all froze in horror of what we saw.

A Titan, a hug- no a colossal Titan.

Armin: There's no way, that wall is 50 metres tall.

A loud boom made us respond and see the situation we were in. A large piece of rubble had landed near my house so before anyone could call my name I took off in that direction. I took one final look back only to see Eren and Mikasa sprinting in the direction to their own house whilst Armin ran off somewhere.

'Please be ok' I thought.

3rd person pov

Y/n finally got to his house and saw that is was fine?

Y/n: But how? I saw a large piece of rubble land here.

Then he saw it, a 15 metre armoured Titan in one hand it had the giant rock and in the other... His parents.

Y/n: Mom, Dad!

Father: Forget about us Y/n just make a break for it and get out of here!

Mother: Remember Y/n we will always lov-

Before she could finish the armoured Titan had crushed them in it's hands.

Y/n pov

I wanted to scream, I wanted to cry but I couldn't, all I could feel was burning hatred. And all I focused on was the bastard that killed my parents. Suddenly I felt my self being lifted I looked behind me and saw a garrison soldier with blond hair carrying me.

I looked back and the Titan was gone.

Y/n: One day... One day I will find you and make you pay!...

End of chapter one.

So that was my first chapter of The beast within. So I want you guys to know that this is not only my first time writing on watt-pad but it's also my first time publishing a story. I hope you guys like it, if there is anyone reading this. Also I know it was short but the next one will be longer I promise you.

Ps. I would like you to know that I might not be able to publish a lot due to school and clubs but if I ever get any free time I will write and not stop until I get alteast 500 words. Well see ya in the next chapter.
