Cadet corps - Part 2 - Chapter 4

A/n(Author note) So I'm going to be changing how I write in this chapter but I'm not going to change the chapter's before this one so in any case on with the chapter.

Y/n pov

I woke up to the sound the instructor yelling at the cadets in the other room. 'Jeez the pipes on this guy'. Once that thought had popped in my head the door swung open to reveal the devil himself, Keith Shadis. "All right wake up maggots"  the sound of his voice was like a person grinding metal together straight in someone's ear.

I was the first one to get up and the second was a boy named Reiner Braun, I had no problem with him the only thing was that he seemed familiar to me but I don't know why.

I took a good look at him, he was another blonde (no surprise there) he had a pretty big build and he seemed very determined to reclaim the home he lost. The boy I was thinking about noticed I was staring.

"Uhhh Y/n? Why are you looking at me like that?" The blonde had said 'shit he caught me staring' "oh umm sorry Reiner, I just got lost in my thoughts." The blonde shrugged it off and proceeded to get changed, by then the rest of the dorm had woken up, on one side, Connie had already started bragging how he would ace this test and that he was some sort of genius, Eren was talking to himself about killing all the titans while Armin was already half way done getting changed.

On the other side Jean was muttering to himself about how to get into the Military police, Marco was thinking about how he would serve the king once he's there and Bertholdt was speaking with Reiner. I noticed that nearly everyone was almost dressed and that if I didn't get dressed I would bare Shadis's fury. 

Once I got my shirt on and pulled up my pants I got heard something about a "suicidal manic" and a "horse face". I pulled my hand up to my face trying not to laugh. I turned around knowing who the two that were arguing were and of course it was Eren and Jean "What you call me!?" They both said in sync, 'wow they are so similar that they even have the same thoughts.' This usually always happens when the two go to the middle of the room that's why we all had them sleep as far away from each other as possible, we were even willing to go so much as to tell one of them to sleep outside, only the instructor would see and we would get an ass beating by him. So when we all got our uniforms on we headed outside and joined the lines.

"All right runts, this is where we will see if you are soldiers or worthless cattle meant to pull weeds for the rest of your pathetic lives. This is the aptitude test, if you worms can't handle this then your unfit to be soldier's."  Keith yelled and pursued to insult us until he called forth some cadets to test it out and see who was worth wearing the uniform and who wasn't. Eventually I got called over and well, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous my whole future as a soldier relies on this test and if I mess up I can kiss my revenge goodbye.
