Frankie had always prioritized summer. It was her pride and joy. Day after day she awaited the feeling of the summer breeze on her skin, bonfires with belly, chess games against Conrad, and dance party's with Steven ,but most importantly Jeremiah.

Jeremiah and Frankie had been best friends since they could walk. He was the main reason to why summer was Frankie's favorite time of the year. The two had been inseparable since they had first met.

Frankie was sat in the passenger seat, singing along with a Yk Osiris song.

"Everybody doubted me, but girl, you stuck around And you told me if I hold you, you gon' hold me down" Frankie sung as she flailed her arms and hair around.

"Shut up already, my god" Steven scolded the brunette girl.

"come on bells sing it with me" Frankie said smiling to the dark haired girl sat behind her.

"You don't gotta be perfect, you just gotta be worth it" belly sang grabbing ahold of the brunettes shoulders in front of her.

"Ok guys can we turn it down a bit?" Laurel had questioned her twins tirelessly.

"Yes please" Steven said quickly shutting off the stereo rolling his eyes.

"Steven, I want you to be better about helping out this summer, like don't just leave your dishes in the sink put them in the dishwasher. And not just your own dishes either Steven. I want you to be a good house guest." Laurel dragged out.

"Susannah has people who clean for her doesn't she?" The dark haired boy asked, causing the older women to smack the back of his head.

"Just be considerate and act like I raised you right. Steven that also means don't be out to late"

"Mom I'm too old for a curfew" Steven groans.

"What about me and Frankie? What's our curfew" Belly asked.

"Belly you don't go anywhere. like ever" Steven said turning back to the road.

"What about Frankie?" Belly asked again.

"No matter what she'll just sneak out with Jeremiah. It doesn't matter what time mom says, Frankie won't listen" Steven shrugged.

"It's true" laurel said smiling as Steven pulled into a 7/11 parking lot.

"Sorry bells" Frankie said smirking to her raven haired twin.

The group of four split into the store going to different places. Belly headed to the register when a boy started taking an interest in her.

"Are you new around here?" He asked.
"Um no I come here ever summer" belly smiled shyly.

"Oh I just thought I knew every cute girl from around here. I'm Daniel" he said smirking to the young girl.
