Frankie sat bored listening to Paige rant on and on about house keeping and posture.
"A few small housekeeping bits I'd like to go over" Paige started.

By then Frankie had completely zoned out.
She hadn't even wanted to go I mean don't get her wrong she liked to dress up every so often But for herself.

But when she had to do it for the pleasure of others. It was a no go. Frankie wanted to wear what she pleased and not what Paige and Susannah wanted.

"This may be something your doing to appease your families" Paige said.

You could say that again.

Frankie had started to admire the girls at the table. She hasn't understood how they could sit there for hours listening about how to be more ladylike with out a care in the world.

As Frankie got lost in her head Shayla had pulled a silver flask from her pocket and started to pass it down the table making Frankie smirk.

Maybe this wouldn't be so bad after all.

"You look really cute" Susannah admired belly from her seat.
"You are gonna have so much fun tonight" she said again.

"We're just going to go see a movie" belly said blushing.

"Yea then make out in a car" Frankie said with a smirk.
"Shut up" belly said throwing a pillow at her sister.

"You look nice hun" laurel walked through the doorway.

"I can't believe crop tops are back" she said laughing.
"Remember how I thought I was such hot shit in that baby tee I wore freshman year?" Susannah laughed.

"Have fun tonight" Susannah handed belly her phone.
"Are you not driving with us?" Laurel asked.

"No she's got a hot date" Frankie said leaning back on the headboard.

"Why don't you go flirt with Jeremiah and leave me alone" belly said throwing another pillow at the brunette.
"Stop throwing shit at me, geek" Frankie smiled.

"His name is cam".
"His mom works at the club. Really nice boy, very smart".
"Like Harvard smart" Frankie chimed in.

"It's fine" laurel gave a nervous laugh.
"Of course you can go. I've dragged you to enough of these book parties over the years. Have a great date" laurel looked down slowly.

"Do we need to talk about consent before you go."
"Mom" belly groaned.

"My Baby's all grown up" Frankie said following belly out the door.

"Don't drop it" Jeremiah added another book to the tower.
