Chapter 2 prt1: Ouch.

I over slept, i was 2 hours late for school. I rushed to get out of bed, i grabbed my folders and left, I was running to school, which was half an hour away from my house, when a car pulled up. It was a Black suv like the one Alex had. The cars window rowed down. "Need a ride." Alex said.
"Yes! Please!" I said while getting into the car. "Is it pajama day or something" he said. I had forgotten to get dressed! I was such in a rush that i didnt even think about my clothes. I facepalmed "This week couldnt get any worse! Im gonna be so humiliated!" I said while covering my face. (I had a tanktop and sweat pants on)
"I have a hoodie in the back you can throw on." He said while pointing at the back seat.
"Thank you! Youre really a life savior." I said while reaching for it in the back, i got ahold of the hoodie and i threw it on, and fixed my hair looking the cars mirror.

Once we arrived to the school, he helped me out of the car, and we walked into the building together. "Are you a student here?" I asked.
"Kinda, i do online learning, i just come here to help the teachers out, pretty much." He responded.
"Oh thats cool of you."I said.
"You know, youre already 3hours late, why dont you just skip?" He asked.
"I have nothing to do. If i were to skip." I answered.
"We can hang out, go to the park or something." He replied. I nodded, we turned around and left the school, we got in his car and drove to the nearest park. Once we got there, we got on the swing sets and just chatted, we were the only people there after all.

A car approached the parks parking area, the car door opens and a lady comes out walking angrily towards me. It was my mom. She completely ignored Alex's existence and pulled me off the swing. "Skipping school are you!!!!?" She screamed, she threw a quick punch at my face. I fell to the ground, she started kicking me. Alex rushed towards us and pulled my mom of me. She put up a fight, but he managed to calm her down. After he let her go, she ran to the car and speeded away.
I was on the ground still, i had mud all over me, my face was beat up, and streams of tears rolling down my cheek. Alex helped me up, he was starring at me for a moment before pulling me into a hug. "Are you okay?!" He said, cleary worried.
It was very hard to speak, it felt like there was something stuck in my throat. "Yeah im fine." I said in a shaky voice. Alex took me to his car, put me in the passenger side and just drove. I had no idea where we were going, everything was blurry and my head was aching. My eyelids started feeling heavy, and before i knew it, i had passed out.
