Killua woke up panting, his face covered with sweat as his hair was slightly damp around where his bangs sat on his forehead. He looked over to his alarm clock, it read 3:26, his eyes looked unimpressed as he put his hands over his face. "Killua..." he heard a familiar voice say, Killua looked over to his left as he saw Gon stand over at his book shelf. He slipped his finger onto a book, outlining its details before pulling it out of its original space. Gon opened the book and flipped through the pages, Killua looked over to his bedside table noticing his Chocolate Robot wrapper went missing. He looked back over as to where Gon was standing before seeing that he was gone.
White curtains started to rustle from where his balcony was, he slipped out of bed "Gon?" He said head slightly tilted. He walked towards the doors opening, pushing open the glass doors that sat in front of him. Killua walked over to the railing putting his hands on the metal, "Killua".
Killua swiftly turned his head as he saw Gon walking from the room, he stood on the railing sitting himself down on the edge. "I'm sorry" Gon said from under his breath, Killua showed a face of confusion, his hair blowing in the wind as Sapphire looked into Amber. "For what?" Killua said in confusion. Gon looked over to the scenery then down leading Killuas gaze to where he was looking. Killua turned his head down and saw an endless pit of darkness bellow them. "I went down there once" Killuas eyes widened as he looked over towards the green male. "What?". A tense silence was held between them before being broken off. "I never had parents... it was just me and my Aunt..." Killua turned around and rested his back onto the railing. "My father went to go be a Hunter... My Mother I have no clue about" Gons eyes went soft. "I've always wanted to meet my Father... so I trained to become a Hunter... that obviously didn't work" Gon said with a small chuckle at the end. "What do you mean" Killua said in curiosity.
"My Aunt set me a challenge sort of thing... I had to catch this really big fish, but it was no use..." Killua looked over at Gon leaning in closer. "I did have it on my line but once I had it... it was too late... I got pulled in with it, hit my head on the way down".Killua's face filled with even more confusion before Gon continued "I ended up being hospitalised, not too longer...".
Gon stopped before holding a strong face. Killua couldn't tell what he was showing but all he knew was that it was nothing positive. His aura felt uneasy, putting Killua on guard. "Gon?" No response came from ithe boy, Killua continued to repeat his name still receiving nothing. "Gon!" He said as he placed his hand firmly onto his shoulder, Gon gave out a small gasp before looking over at Killua, "Killua" Gon said in a shaky voice before embracing the other. "It's ok, I got you..." Killua said in a reassuring voice wrapping hid arms around the other, Gon dug his head into Killuas shoulder, tears falling from his eyes. The two stayed in the embrace for what felt like a lifetime, not daring to let go of the other, knowing that eachothers support was the only thing keeping them in that moment, the stars dazzled above them showing a blue night with the snow moon looking down towards the boys giving them a soft white glow. Gon pulled his head away from Killuas shoulder still holding onto his shoulders.
"I fell..."
