Prologue

It all started with a drunk hookup. Two enemy's in one room. That never ends well. The next morning they both woke up and swore that this will be kept a secret. A few weeks later Gladys moved all the way to Toledo. 4 weeks later she noticed her period was late, she gained a little weight and that she was really nauseous. She went to the doctor just for a quick check up and he told her she was pregnant. It was to late for an abortion and she couldn't afford adoption. After a 6 months the baby was born and she looked exactly like her father. That's when Gladys started hating her.

Juliet remembered her life as a living hell. Everything she did was judged. Late to school? Hit. Makes a noice while going to the bathroom? Hit. But one day the cops showed up at her house after along day of school the cops showed up to her house and her whole life changed.
