Ok let me tell y'all humans something, when I say I want a "strong" Y/n, I don't mean that she has to be overpowered or anything, she can still be strong but have REALISTIC weaknesses and flaws that is NOT stereotyped.
What I don't like from it:
What I dislike the most from a physically weak Y/n is that she pretends to be tough or strong and says shit like "I am strong, I can do it myself, I don't need your protection." like ok miss girl, we don't care.
She always steps in on a danger and tries to fight someone who is obviously stronger and smarter than her, and then gets her ass kicked and the boys have to save her like 1000× times🤦🏻. If you really can't fight then just get the fuck out from there or call a police or guards.
And, if you don't want to train your physical strength, then do something else that can be helpful to someone else. Use your brain, train your mental and condifence.
If you can't go in the battlefield then do something else like searching an informations about the opponent(s), create a strategy, or learn about medic! There are many things that can help on a fight besides fighting and then get your ass kicked and then cries.
These kind of knowledge is important if you want to write a Y/n that is on an action book. Like, if Y/n is in Attack on Titan or Chainsaw Man world, imagine how much she needs to be saved by other characters.
