The things I can't seem to say (GreyXReader)

Powers and missions

-Kallianne's POV-

-Not the next day yet, it's only about an hour since Erza asked the guys to join her on the mission-

I had just been hanging around the guild since Erza had asked Grey and Natsu to join her on this 'Super-important-can't-be-left-a-second-longer' quest thingy. I was currently chatting to Lucy about her celestial spirits. She seemed very powerful for a mage who was just starting out. Getting possession of five Zodiac keys was no easy task, even I, as a user of Caster Magic, knew that. "So... what type of magic do you use Kallianne?" Lucy asks.
I had just taken a sip from my drink, and I almost do a spit-take. I guess I should have expected this kind of question sooner or later...
"Mainly, snow magic." I answer carefully. But Lucy is brighter than I expected, and catches onto my hesitation.
"Mainly?" she asks "Do you use other types of magic???" she looks at me with wide eyes, obviously prompting me to continue. I sigh. I can't lie to my fellow Guild members... besides, if I was to go on a mission with one of these people... well to put it simply, it would probably best if they knew previously... "Okay... I do use snow magic, for the most part, but I do also use two other types of magic..." I look over to her, and her eyes had, if this was even possible, grown even bigger than before. "THREE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MAGIC???!!!" Lucy screeched. I could only watch as almost the whole guild crowded round the bar stools we were sitting on, waiting for me to continue. 'Thanks Lucy...' I thought. "Yeah... One is shadow magic..." the people surrounding us started whispering among each other. "And the other... Memory-make..." Now the whispers were full out yells.
"YOU USE LOST MAGIC???"
"WOAH, GRAMPS WASN'T WRONG WHEN HE SAID THAT SHE'S A POWERFUL ONE!!!"
"WITH POWER LIKE THAT, SHE COULD POSSIBLY TAKE DOWN THE LIKES OF ERZA!!!"
My eyes widened. "Not sure I'm going to be going THAT far just yet..." I mumbled.

Hours had passed, and people were still talking about my powers. I have to say, they took it better than I expected. "Lost Magic,huh?" Grey said smirking, suddenly appearing at my side from what seemed like thin air. "Yep." I replied, smiling back at him.
"Two other fully trained powers too..." he looked thoughtful for a second before his eyes widened. "Wait here." He told me, before running off somewhere, leaving me confused.
He was back before long, grinning widely. "So?" I asked him, tilting my head slightly to the side, waiting for his answer.
"How would you like to join Natsu, Erza and I on the mission?"
I stayed completely still for a second before my jaw dropped in complete shock. "M-me???" I stuttered, my mind's thoughts completely scattered with those few words.
"Well, yeah." Grey replied "I just asked Erza, she seems to think you'd be a very valuable person to have on this mission!"
I didn't say a single word, just silently nodded at him. "Is that a yes? He asked me. I just nodded again, my mind was still recovering. Erza thought I would be 'a valuable member'?
"Great!" Grey grinned at me. I forced myself out of the shocked trance I had entered and smiled back at him.
"Well, this does mean I'll need to go home to pack..." I told him. "Come on then, lets go." He replied, walking towards the doors. I hopped down from my stool and jogged until I caught up with his long strides, then walked out of the Guild.
