(This story is going to be told in first person, Lydia's perspective)
It was Friday October 30, halloween is tomorrow my favorite holiday! I was planning on being Wonder Women!
My friend Mia is gonna Poison Ivy, Jason is gonna be Batman, And Marc is gonna be Iron Man... Yeah I know a little weird since all of us are gonna wear costumes from DC and Marc is gonna be someone from Marvel.
Yesterday I got a letter in my locker, it was invitation to a party, but on the letter it said I wasn't suppose to tell anyone that I was going.
I found it kind of scary...
I was lost in my thoughts when I hear my phone.
BUZZ!
Mia:hey y'all!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TODAY IS FRIDAY!!!
Jason: And halloween is tomorrow, all of our favorite holiday 😼👻
Marc: Well actually I like Christmas better but halloween is my second.
Lydia: Marc you are very different from all of us.
Marc: Ik
Jason: Okay guys I want you guys to meet me in the front of the school! I need to tell y'all something.
Mia: okay
Lydia: ok
Marc: k
I turn off my phone and put it in my pocket, I grab my backpack and grab my keys. I close my front door and get into my car.
-10 mins later-
I finally arrive at school I grab my backpack and lock my car, I look around to see if I can see Jason.
I spotted all of them waiting at the front of the school, I make my way towards them. "Finally you are here, what took you so long?"
Mia said hugging me "Sorry I was busy getting ready it takes a while to look this good" I said hugging her back and smirking, "Okay guys now that you all are here I really need to show you guys something.
He takes off his backpack and pulls out a letter, "okay so I got this letter in my locker when I was done with practice!" Jason opens the letter and shows all of us.
"OMG I got that same letter!" Marc says taking it out of his backpack, "so did I!" I say also taking it out.
"Wait so is so crazy so did I!" Mia says, "but wait on letter it said that we weren't suppose to tell anyone! won't we get in trouble" I said a little scared.
"Relax it's a halloween party! it was probably just meant to scare us! we will be fine" Jason said. "Yeah okay..." I said a little unsure.
"So are we gonna go orrrrr?" Marc asked walking to his locker and us following behind, "I think we should, we should get out more and make more friends! We are all pretty lonely anyways." Mia said.
"Okay we all meet at my house tomorrow to get ready at 4PM Mia!" I said, "Okay bye y'all see you guys after school."
(Okay this is the end of chapter 1! sorry if this chapter was a little boring. I was just trying to get the story ready for later!)
