U.A Ch.3

After a good nights rest I woke up and made some eggs benedict for breakfast.
I prepared 4 slices of bacon, 4 eggs, 1 liter of water, 100 CC Vinegar, 80 grams of butter, parsley, lettuce leaves, salt, pepper, 2 teaspoons each of worchestershire sauce and lemon juice, 2 english muffins, and some karasumi I that Nezu brought me.

First I pour water and vinegar into a pot, bring it to a boil, and then reduce heat. Stir the liquid with a spoon to create a small swirl and then crack one egg into that swirl. After two minutes, scoop the egg out with a slotted spoon and douse with cold water, I then repeated it for all the eggs.

Second I make the hollandaise sauce, put the egg yolks in a double boiler and while they are warming, mix with a hand mixer. Remove once room temperature.

Third melt the butter in the microwave and split into 4 equal portions. Slowly add to the hollandaise sauce and mix thoroughly. Add the worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and lemon juice and mix thoroughly to finish sauce.

Fourth cut the bacon slices into quarters and cook in a frying pan until browned on both sides.

Fifth slice the english muffins in half, toast and spread with butter top with the bacon

Sixth dry the poached egg from the first step and place on top of the finished muffins. Drizzle the hollandaise sauce and on top sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated karasumi. Place on plate, decorate it with a lettuce leaf and done!

I look at my eggs benedict and sit down and enjoy it, savoring the taste of my creation with a cup of tea. After I finish my breakfast. I go outside the door and to the apartment entrance to see the car from yesterday waiting for me.

Driver: Hello sir Y/n, class will start in 15 minutes. Shall we go?

Y/n: Yes please

I get in the car and the driver drives to U.A. Not even 7 minutes have passed before I arrive in front of the gate of the prestigious U.A

Y/n: Thanks for the ride

Driver: My pleasure, Sir Y/n

I thanks the driver and began heading towards the main building. Of course with me being a unfamiliar face, people looked at me curiously and I even heard some of the chatter

???: Is that guy new?

???: I guess? But its already passed the festival. How could he get in?

???: I don't know..

I didn't mind much so I just made my way to the principal's office.

*POV change*

You were walking along the hallways of the school. You decided to check the time and saw that you still had several minutes before class started. But since you were supposed to head the principal's office, you decided maybe the school would be lenient

You arrive in front of the door and knock on it 3 times before a voice greets you

Nezu: You can come in!

You entered and was greeted to Nezu and some other guy that had a scarp around him

Nezu: Ah! Y/n, I was just about to introduce you

Y/n: Oh I see, who is this by the way?

Nezu: Ah! This is Aizawa. The teacher to class 1-A

'So this is my teacher? Not to be rude but he looks like a hobo'

You thought while looking at your new teacher

Y/n: Hello sir, my name is Y/n L/n

Aizawa: Nezu already told you my name, so are you really the top hero in the UK?
