Sages pov:
Ray and sage were sitting in the man's nest on the couch sage watching tv and ray on his phone and all of a sudden he gets a call. "Hey kid do you know this number?"(Ray) he shows me the phone number and I look at thw number then my arm and grab the phone and answer it. "Hey this is sage."
Ruby's pov:
I was laying down on my bed and eventually I decided to finally call her as nervous as I was. It took her a minute to pick up but she did and I got excited
~phone call~
"Hi its ruby."(R) ughh that was stupid she obviously knows its me
"Ik so what's up"(S)
"Um I thought we should set the time for out hangout"(R) I'm scared
"Oh right so what were you thinking?"(S)
"Maybe tomorrow after school we can go down to the skate park and then catch a movie after."(R)
"Sure ya that works let me just ask my dad."(S) ok good hopefully her dad's okay with it. Oh wait She turned it onto speaker probably on accident but I don't know
Sages pov:
"Dad can I hangout with a friend from school?"(Sage) "Name?"(Ray) "Ruby."(Sage) "Age?"(Ray) "Mine."(Sage) "Where?"(Ray) "Skatepark then movie. What's with all the questions?"(Sage) "I'm your father it's my job and also this sounds like a date."(Ray) "It's not dad and besides if it was I need to get to know her more."(Sage) "Mkay and make sure to get that rash checked out."(Ray) "Huh?"(Sage) I heard a chuckle come from the phone.
"DAD!"(Sage) "I HAD TO."(Ray) "She hits him on the shoulder and he holds his shoulder. "Owie."(Ray)"Don't be a baby."(Sage) I hear another giggle come from Ruby. "If it's not a date why do you care so much if I embarrass you?"(Ray) "ya why do you care so much?"(Ruby) "I- I do-."(Sage) "Relax I'm just Teasing you say."(Ruby) I back away from my dad and sit on the couch "Say?"(Sage)
Ruby's pov:
"Ya it's just a nickname it's stupid I know."(Ruby) "No I think it's cute."(Sage)
Ughhh she's gonna be the death of me "good to know." All of a sudden I hear four kids come in "ooooooo sage is on the phone with her girlfriendd."(Bose) "Ooooooo."(miles Mika and chapa say) "Go away guys."(Sage)
"Awww I'm flattered but no we're just friends."(Ruby) That hurt to say. "Oh Sage I got to go help my sister with chores but tomorrow after school?"(Ruby) "Yep definitely."(Sage) "Bye."(Ruby" "Bye."(Sage)
"Oooooo Sageys got a girlfr-" I heard before I hung up I'm so excited for tomorrow
