I walked to all my classes with an eye out. I was more paranoid than usual.
For the first time, I wished Sunoo was in one of my classes. I would even hold my books as if I were hugging them.
But time passes by and I was in the last class of the day. I was sweating hard. I hoped the class would never end.
Unfortunately for me, it eventually did end. I was walking out the door until my professor held me back, which I thanked the Lord for.
"Jaehi, come here for a sec."
Wait... was he the guy who texted me?!
No, idiot. What're you thinking?
"Yes, sir?" I asked, wondering what I did for him to keep me back.
"For the final project, are you sure you want to hand it in like this? You're not crediting your partner at all."
I nodded with no hesitation, "It's not my fault he refused to attend any of the meetings we both agreed and planned for. He could've worked on it at home or wherever he was." I replied firmly, looking around again for any suspicious stares.
He nodded, "Alright then... your choice."
I slightly bowed, "Thank you. Is that all, Sir?"
He nodded again, "Yep, you can go along with your day." He said.
I forced a smile before turning around, my smile dropping as soon as i wasn't facing him. The moment I stepped out the door, I expected for someone to approach me or call out my name. My head was tilted down so I wouldn't have known if someone was looking for me or not.
But there was no one. I lifted my head and everyone was minding their own business, talking with friends or walking alone with earbuds plugged in.
I sigh out of relief until i hear my name being called, which makes my heart drop immediately.
"Jaehi!" My eyes go wide and I turn around to the area where I heard my name. That's when I see a boy with fluffy hair jogging up to me.
It was just Sunoo. Thank god.
"Sunoo? What're you doing? Isn't your class far from here?" I asked, we began walking side by side, which i liked. It felt safer.
He nodded, "Yeah, but it ended early so I got to leave and come over here. We can walk together, and then you could tell me about that boy~" He nudged me, grinning teasingly.
"Ew, it's not like that. It's giving me creepy vibes. I'm so paranoid today, but luckily nothing happened." I sigh out of relief.
He chuckled, "look at you getting worried over nothing. Seriously, I can't believe you were actually scared."
I roll my eyes, "Well yeah! I don't talk to anybody and that message was just plain creepy." I shudder, "You wanna know what they said? They said 'you'll see' like a freaking psychopath!!" I groaned, gripping my hair.
"it's nothing. don't worry too much. I'm sure you're fine." he reassured me, making me smile.
Today we didn't have work so we parted ways and went straight home. Once I arrived, I sat down on my bed as I unbuttoned my shirt. I also pulled out my phone and noticed notifications.
I didn't notice them earlier because I always have my phone on do not disturb during class.
It was by the same user, tanlee0115
