Dess and Mariah checked into their suite at 12pm. They were instructed to get freshened up and a car would be there to get them at 2pm. Dess went straight to the bathroom and showered ,while Mariah unpacked her vintage Prada duffle bag.
After unpacking , she sat in the corner and scrolled on her Instagram. She looked at her DMs and saw a familiar name that she didn't expect to see.

Mariah reread the message over and over for about 10 minutes . She didn't know how to feel because those tears she shed at his house weeks ago were her last night crying over him. She deleted the message and put her phone into her Chanel bag and took out her outfit for the day .
"He just texted me and we are going to the Design District . I'm going to wear this little dress, what are you wearing ", Dess asked coming out of the bathroom with the towel wrapped around her . Mariah just nodded as she grabbed her underwear and walked to the bathroom. In a split moment , her energy changed as she got in the shower and let the water cascade down her body.
