"Harry, you can't be serious!" Hermione shouted.

"Yeah, mate! What are you thinking!" Ron joined the shouting. Harry sighed, he knew this would happen.

"I have to protect Teddy. I can't raise him with the press and ministry breathing down our bloody necks!" Harry exclaimed.

"Harry I'm sure there are better ways-"

Harry cut Hermione off," Hermione I've looked through all of them. Dealing with it, wards, threatening them, bloody hell I even considered changing our identities!" Hermione bit her lip, thinking. Ron sighed and put a hand on his girlfriend's shoulder.

"You know it's the safest way for them, 'Mione." Hermione sighed, finally giving in.

"Oh, alright but you better owl every day!" Harry smiled and pulled his friends into a hug.

"I'm going to miss you guys," Harry breathed out, fighting tears.

When they pulled away Ron said, "Cheer up mate. I heard New York has great food!"

"Is food the only thing on your mind, Ronald?" Hermione scoffed.

"Well, there is one other thing I think about." Ron gave her a look. Hermione flushed red and punched his shoulder. Ron laughed and Harry pulled a face. He did not want to think about his best friends activities.

"Ronald!"

Harry sighed. They were finally settled into their house. Harry had found some old documents when going through Sirius's stuff. The Black family apparently owns estates all around the world. The marble mansion on the edge of New York seemed like a good place to settle, it was better than any dusty apartment in the middle of the city he would find.

Harry walked over to Teddy's crib. Teddy was sleeping peacefully on his blue blanket. The move had tired him out and he had been sleeping for the past hour. Harry was certain Teddy had received the werewolf genes from Remus. Teddy had been showing signs recently and Harry could not let the ministry take him away. The British Ministry of Magic had a strict policy dealing with wizard and werewolf children. They would likely take Teddy away and place him with a pack far and Harry would never see him again.

Unaware of his godfather's worries, Teddy woke and made grabby hands at Harry. Harry smiled and quickly picked Teddy up before he started crying. He rocked the baby and hummed a soft melody as he made Teddy his formula. Once Teddy was satisfied he curled into Harry's chest. Harry moved Teddy to his hip and went to go make tea.

Harry made his way to a window, cup of tea in hand and Teddy on his hip. Sunlight streamed through holes in the clouds. Harry smiled.

"Would you like to look at the city, Little bit?" Harry murmured softly. Harry had affectionately given his godson the nickname little bit when he was born and now the baby won't respond to much else. Teddy laughed and made grabby hands at the window. Harry chuckled and finished the last of his tea.

"Alright Teddy let's go for a walk."

Five minutes later Harry had Teddy in a stroller and they were walking down the streets of New York.

Teddy was giggling and taking everything in. Harry had a broad smile on his face as he watched his godson. After all the museums, monuments and shops, Harry decided to walk through a park. Teddy loved the flowers, he would always reach out and touch the flowers as they went by.

It was getting dark when Harry heard fighting Infront of them. He hid Teddy, who was still in his stroller, behind a large flower bush nearby and went to investigate. Harry was granted with the sight of the two men arguing over what looked like another man in chains. One of the arguing men wore strange armor and held a very large hammer. The other man was fully covered in a red and gold metal suit that was floating in the air. The Man in chains intrigued Harry the most. He wore strange green robes and his blue eyes were staring at the man with a hammer. Harry's magic was calling to the man in green. Harry allowed his magic to wander and reach out to the man. The man's head whipped around to face Harry and he smiled. Not a kind smile, no this was a cruel twisted smile that ran shivers down Harry's spine. Harry's wand slipped into his hand unconsciously. Green magic started to surround the man and shot forward towards Harry. He quickly put up a sheild. The two arguing men finally looked over to Harry.
