It was 2 in the morning and you haven't gotten any sleep. Y/D/N has been up all night crying, she won't go to sleep. You try rocking her to sleep but it won't work. "Lauren... Wake up please... Y/D/N won't go to sleep.." You groan tiredly. "Baby.. I'll help.. Just give me a minute" she mumbles into her pillow. You sigh " Lauren!" You raise your voice slightly knowing that she would just go back to sleep. "O-okay okay i'm up." She gets up and walks over to you and Y/D/N. She takes her from your arms and rocks her as well. For some reason Y/D/N calmed down. Lauren starts singing to her softly and Y/D/N starts to shut her eyes. "Thank you babe." You whisper quietly, getting into bed. "You can sleep now" she whispers and you nod drifting to sleep. Your baby girl had loved her mamas arms. Not yours but Laurens, expecially her voice. And before you knew it Y/D/N was asleep.
