Carter's POV;

Beep.Beep.Beep

The sound of my alarm interrupted my beautiful peaceful slumber. Today is the first day of my Senior year, senior year is supposed to be all fun and chill. But frr me it's a relief, not because it's my last year of school, but it's my last year of being a nobody. For 3 years at Diamond Ranch, I never had any friends , no one ever tried to talk to me and no one even noticed me. So all I have to do is get through his last year of school and try to act normal.

"Carter get up and get in the shower before your sisters and brothers do!" my mom yelled from outside my door. Oh! I forgot to mention that I have 2 younger sisters, Raven and Navy they're twins, and 2 older brothers Sky and June, also twins. I know what you're thinking "Why would someone name their sons Sky and June?!" , trust me they got made fun of all their years in High School. They got used to it. Now as for Raven and Navy they're at the stage where all they think about is makeup and boys, thank the lord that I never went through that phase.

But anyways back to getting ready. As soon as I heard my mom I jumped right out of my bed and ran to the shower. I turned on the water and waited for the water to warm up. When I was satisfied with warmth of the water I hopped in and did my normal routine. I wonder if Spongebob took showers, like if he did how did the water come out if they live in the oc- "Carter! Hurry up you've been the shower for 20 minutes!" Crap I'm gonna be late for my first day back! I finished what I needed to do ran I ran to my room in my pink fluffy towel.

I hurried and picked out my clothes. I picked out jeans , black hoodie and my black high tops. I tied my curly red hair into a messy bun and ran down the stairs. "Carter, you don't want any food before you go" mom said holding a plate with eggs and bacon. My little sisters were already sitting there eating their food still in there pj's. They go to a private school which means they start school at 10:30, spoiled brats. "No mom I really have to go I'm gonna be late" I replied. I turned my heel and ran to the door and grabbed my keys , backpack. I reached my car, which is a brand new Range Rover. I started it and drove to school. My school is far, not to mention that it's on a freaking hill! I really hate being late to school, I was always on time and my attendance was perfect. But today it was all going down hill. I reached the school and drove up the hill, I jumped out of my car and ran to the school gates. When I reached the stairs the bell rang which meant that classes had already started. I ran as fast as I could up the stairs which is hard for me, well I'm not a fat but let's just say running isn't my favorite cup of tea.

I reached the top of the stairs and I raced down the hall and yanked my first period door open. Everyone looked at me like I was crazy, but that soon ended when Mr.Saunders spoke " Well if it isn't Carter Mitchell. How nice of you to rudely interrupt my class. Looks like you've earned yourself a detention on the first day of school. Take your seat"
