I lightly knocked on the wooden cabin door, waiting for Ariel to reply. I had been standing here for about a minute until the door swung open.
"Ariel I--" I stopped when Savannah rubbed the tiredness from her eyes, making a confused look on her face when she saw me.
"Harry? What are you doing here?" She asked confusedly.
"Can I talk to Ariel?" I spoke through the nipping night air.
"Oh, Ariel." She looked down, shaking her head. "She doesn't want to talk to you."Savannah began to close the door but I caught it before it could slam in my face.
"Please." I pleaded.
"Fine." She huffed. "I'll ask her, but if she doesn't want to see you, you'll have to leave."
"Okay." I nodded my head.
She closed the door and went to get Ariel. I stood standing on the porch, my hands in my jean pockets as I rocked from heel to toe, trying to keep warm.
The door swiftly opened, revealing Ariel in her loose pj shorts, and tight tshirt.
"Hi." I smiled nervously.
She rolled her eyes before closing the door right in my face. Ouch. That stung.
I didn't feel like bothering her more than I already had, so I decided to head back to my cabin.

Yeah I slammed the door in Harry's face, but I was so upset with him. He was the one who just got up and walked away when I tried to help him, so why's he here at our doorstep trying to talk to me for?
I walked back over to my bed but Savannah stopped me.
"First of all, you didn't tell me the whole story about why you and Harry had this fight, and second of all, you can't just keep ignoring him! You have to talk." Savannah spoke quietly.
"I didn't even think he truly wanted to talk to me." I shook my head. After all, he is the one that ditched me.
"Trust me. He wants to talk." Savannah stared into my eyes, her hands resting on either sides of my shoulders.
"Fine." I shrugged her arms off my shoulders and put on a flannel to keep me warmer. I didn't feel like changing my whole outfit for a quick talk with Harry, so I kept on my shorts. I slid on my vans and walked to Harry's cabin which was a little farther from my own. About a five minute walk.
When I reached his cabin, the nerves kicked in inside me. I have no idea what I'm supposed to say. I'm not here to apologize.
I knocked lightly on the wood, the door immediately opening.
"Ariel, what are you doing here?" He asked nervously. He had changed from his outfit he wore to talk to me, into a pair of black jeans and a white tshirt. He had a small cooler beside him.
"I thought you wanted to talk to me?" I couldn't stop staring at the cooler. What was he doing with a damn cooler at two in the freaking morning.
"Well I thought you didn't want to talk to me?" Harry raised his brows.
"Well I do now." I shifted my weight to one leg.
"I can't talk right now." Harry shook his head.
"Yes you fucking can Harry!" I was beginning to get extremely frustrated at this point.
"Please Ariel, I'll talk to you tomorrow. All day if I have to." Harry pleaded.
"You wanted this relationship to happen in the first place Harry. Now I'm not so sure you want that." I shook my head, looking down at my feet.
"Hey." Harry lifted my head up with his large hands so I could stare into his dreamy eyes. "I do want this. Badly. That's why I don't want anything to ruin that."
"Can we talk about it then. The things that could ruin our relationship." I egged Harry on.
"Uh, not right now." He looked down at his cooler, slightly hiding it behind the door.
"Where are you going?"
"No where." Harry shrugged. The lie slipping right past his teeth.
"What's in the cooler."
"Nothing." He slid the cooler further with his foot.
"Harry we can't fix anything if you're just going to lie to me." I wasn't even mad at this point. I was just so annoyed that Harry would think I'm stupid enough to think he's going 'nowhere' and has 'nothing' in that cooler. I have a pretty good idea what's in there, but why? Can't he just tell me?
"I just can't talk right now." He shook his head.
"Fine, whatever." I waved him off before walking off his porch. I hear him calling my name a few times but I ignore it. I don't have time for this shit at two in the morning.
I slide back into my cabin quietly. Everyone's asleep. I quickly take off my flannel and shoes before getting back into bed.
Whatever problem Harry has with his mom and ex coming to town, he better think of something to fix it, because if our relationship is going to be based on lies, I want nothing to do with it.

After trying to call Ariel to apologize and tell her I could talk tomorrow, she was already out of my sight. I hate lying to her, or not telling the full truth, because I feel like it could put all we have to waste. I don't see what good telling the truth does sometimes.
I picked my cooler up off the ground and walked out of my cabin, to Niall's. I texted him once I got back from Ariel's cabin when I tried to apologize but she slammed the door in my face. Niall is a much better friend to talk to about shit like this than Zayn.
Niall was seated on his porch, drinking a can of beer.
"Hey man." He smiled, lifting up his beer can. "Want a beer?"
"I've got plenty of drinks." I laughed while lifting up the cooler I had packed back at my cabin.
"Oh sweet." Niall smiled, getting up from the chair he was sitting on. "But I had a better idea." He smirked.
"Oh great." I rolled my eyes. "It better not be skinning dipping again. It's fucking cold tonight."
"No, it's better." Niall quickly put away his beer inside his cabin, before rushing back out.
"We're going to a club." He smirked, pulling me by my arm, and to the parking lot.
We got into his small car before quietly driving out of the camp grounds. I already missed a night of camp and got in a bit of trouble. This could get me into loads more shit.
"Why are we doing this Niall?" I sighed, leaning back into the seat. "I just wanted to drink a few beers and talk."
"This is way more fun, you know, get your mind off girls for the night."
"How am I supposed to get my mind off girls when there will be dozens of slutty ones in a club?" I laughed while shaking my head.
"Who gives a fuck! It's been a week without parties Harry. We haven't been to the club in a whole week." Niall sped past a red light to get there faster.
"Felt good, not having those stupid hangovers." I chuckled as we pulled into the club's parking lot. It was surprisingly over packed.
"Well, get prepared for the biggest hangover of your life." Niall smirked while dragging me into the neon lit club.
A/N finally updated this story. Hopefully it's still good. I feel like it's getting more boring, idk. Tell me what you think. Also, sorry if you get annoyed when I change the pov from Ariel to Harry in the same chapter. Anyways, thanks for the support. Comment and vote❤️
