The group met at lunch, they sat at a large table, with some extra chairs placed around it. They all ate outside, since that was an option. John met Claire at the table, "Hey Claire, do you want the cake slice my dad gave me?"
She nodded, it was her day to take it, everyone had a specific day they'd take it; yesterday it was Vriska, and tomorrow would be Jade's day. Oddly enough John still hadn't caught on, and they doubted he would.
Eventually the rest of the group showed up, Claire was bumped into by Terezi, causing her to drop her soda bottle. Terezi seemed to think that they were competing for Dave's affections. Claire seemed pretty sure that there was no competition.
After everyone showed up couples made plans, John and Vriska were going to see a Nic Cage movie; Gamzee and Tavros were going to throw some sick fires, as friends of course; Karkat and Jade were going to watch a romcom with Kanaya and Rose; Sollux and Feferi had no plans, along with Claire and Dave.
Eridan tried to see if Terezi or Aradia wanted to hang out with him, both rejected him. Nepeta was dragging Equius to the mall.
"Wwhy doesn't anyone lovve me?"
"No one care2 ED."
"Says you!"
"You two N-E-ED to be QUI-ET!"
Eridan muttered an apology, it appeared she was going to auspitisize between the two. But much to Eridan's disappointment she didn't.
"Ehehe, 2o Claiire, what are you and 2triider doiing twoniight?"
"We're planning on going to that new restaurant that our siblings opened up. Do you guys want to join us?"
"2ure, what tiime 2hould FF and II get there?"
"Around five, that fine with you guys?"
They both nodded.

(We skipped the date, it was uneventful.)
Claire got on her computer once she got home, opened up pesterchum, and looked at who was online. She saw Feferi, Eridan, Dave, Kanaya, and Sollux were online.
generalFluff (GF) started pestering twinArmaggedons at 6:45 pm
GF: Haii Sollux!
TA: hey claiire
TA: how2 iit goiing
GF: Pretty good actually!
TA: that2 good
GF: Yeah, how about you!
TA: ... diifiicult.
GF: Oh!
TA: yeah ii need 2ome adviice
GF: Alright, I'll try to help!
TA: well... ii kiinda have a flu2h cru2h on ED
TA: the only rea2on iim wiith FF ii2 2o that he diidnt know. ii feel liike he wiill reject me
GF: No he won't! Ask him man! You two are my OTP!!
TA: liike np?
GF: Kinda!
TA: ii gue22 ii wiil. thank2
GF: Mhm!
TA: ii wiil keep you iinformed ii gue22ed. bye
GF: Got it!
TA stopped pestering GF at 7:02 pm
Claire yawned, looked at the time before getting up and heading downstairs to the kitchen. She got into the fridge and grabbed a strawberry lemonade and small box of cookies. She heard footsteps behind her, "Hey lil sis."
It was Carrie [her older sister] and Cronus. "Hai Carrie. Just Cronus?"
"I brought Eridan seeing as you twvo are friends and all, he's in the livwing room. Figured he'd havwe fun."
She nodded and grabbed her best friend and dragged him to her room and had him log into pesterchum.
caligulasAquarium (CA) started trolling twinArmaggedons (TA) at 7: 09 pm
CA: hey sol
TA: oh hey ED what2 up
CA: nothin reely
CA: you
TA: ju2t nervou2
TA: here goe2 everythiing...
CA: ?
TA: ED iim flu2hed for you
CA: youre jokin
TA: iim not
CA: wwell im flushed for you
CA: but arent you wwith fef?
TA: ii broke iit off wiith her. 2he2 pii22ed
CA: wwell... ill talk to you tomorroww.
TA: ok..
CA stopped trolling TA at 7:21 pm
"Eh, eh?"
"Wwell howw'd you knoww Cla?"
"He told me."
Before he could respond they were both called downstairs. They went downstairs to see Dave, Dirk, Carrie, Cronus, Sollux, Mituna, Latula, and John.
"Yo Ampora, what're you two doing?"
"Just hangin' out Strider. Girl time."
"So, are they free to go guys?"
Carrie and Cronus nodded, "Go ahead and take them guys."
John grinned and grabbed Claire's arm, Sollux grabbed Eridan. Claire saw the both of them blush and she smiled. They all got into Dave's car and started driving.
"So, where are we going?"
To a 'Back-to-School' party that Kanaya's family is throwing. The older kids are staying with your sister until Porrim gets there."
"Porrim?"
"Kan's older sister."
Soon they got to a very nice home, obviously Kanaya's place and they got out of Dave's car and knocked on the door.
