Y/n pov- "why next to me now he's gonna talk to me" i thought to myself, its whatever, we don't have to talk for a while we can just like- oh wait he's not even talking to me never mind
***TIME SKIP***
Y/n pov- with the bell about to ring i pack up my stuff "PLEASE do your homework or at least some of it" my teacher calls out *bring bring bring* i let out a sigh and lazily walk towards the door still tired from this morning, with my foggy mind occupying me i didn't even realize the door frame and i slamed right into it "hey watch it" a voice called out, i turn around and its Jamie, i brush myself off and laugh at myself "thanks ill be sure to next time" i say with a smile, he returns the smile and walks out to his next class "he was nice" i thought to myself, "i hope i see him around" for some strange reason i wanted to get to know him more and talk to him and be around him it's weird but it's whatever, so i shake it off and go to my next class
***AFTER SCHOOL***
"Hey hun how was school" my mom asks as i walk through the front door "it was alright theres a new kid in my first period who seems cool" i say to her "how ironic," she states "a new couple just moved in across the street they have a kid your age you should go say hi or something!" While it is nice to know i have new neighbors i did not feel like saying anything to them at the moment, i made up am excuse and went upstairs, i opened my window and turned on music, 'eyes without a face by billy idol' was on, I sat out my window and it was pretty peaceful until "HEY IS YOUR HEAD OK?" a voice called out, although I've heard that voice before, so i turn towards where it's coming from and lo and behold its jamie "YEA ITS FINE NOW" i yell out back to him "YOU SMACKED INTO THAT THING PRETTY HARD SO GLAD YOU'RE OK" he yelled with a smile, i didnt feel like screaming again so i started heading towards the door "WAIT WHERE ARE YOU GOING?" He yelled "GIMMIE A SEC" i yelled back. I turned off my radio, shut my window and raced downstairs "well where are you off to?" My mom questioned "the neighbors and maybe the bowling ally ill be back later love you bye" i exclaimed in a hurry and ran over to the neighbors, i knocked on the door and a tall lanky man opened it "can i help you?" He asked "I uh-" just before i could finish i heard "THATS FOR ME IM GOING OUT ILL BE BACK LATER!" Thats when i met face to face with jamie "hi" "whats up" "awkward" i thought to myself "so um what have you done since you've been here" i ask trying to ease the tension "absolutely nothing" he sighed "PERFECT! Come on" i exclaimed, and just like that i grabbed his hand and we were off.
