Lee is too shocked, he needs to hold on the doorframe not to colapsed.

"That was a 'yes' or 'no' kind of question." Elle said unamused.

"Y-... yes. W-would be... I mean...." Lee is stuttering. He hurriedly walks closer to Elle who stands in front of her bedroom door.

"Don't act funny. If I laugh, then the mood turns silly...." Elle said.

Lee shakes his head. "I am not act funny at all. I don't know how to and I don't understand how you often thought that I am fun...."

Elle stops Lee's nervous rants by pulling his shirt and drop a kiss on his lips.

"... ny...." Lee blinks slowly after that light kiss.

Elle smiled.

Lee blinks.

Elle pulls her hands from fisting on Lee's shirt. She pulls back.

Lee leans closer. He kisses that pair of lips again as his palm pulls his wife closer on both her nape and waist.

Elle rounds her arms on Lee's shoulder by reflect.
Her feet get on Lee's upper feet.

Like how feet on feet dance.

Both Lee and Elle are not driven by lust kind of person. After the first night of having sex, they sometimes have it.

Nothing surprising since they're married anyway.

Things get better in Lee's business, Elle's money is a big help.
Elle is still busy with her work. She even needs to go to Europe again this month, to Paris and then London.

Everything's fine, until one day, Elle screams her lung out from the bathroom.

Lee who is working on the dining table is startled. He doesn't think he did something wrong. He didn't trash the place, he already buy dinner (it's his turn), he didn't forget to close the door when the AC is on.

"Ouch!" Lee took it. "What...?" He holds the small stick. Some kind of medical kind of stick.
