"We are best friends since childhood. How can you ghost me?" Riddhima yelled the moment Shaurya was home.

"...ah....I'm...I'm sorry!" He said startled.

"I thought you were dead!" Riddhima who was expecting an explanation said.

“........"

“Where are you looking at, face me and speak!"

"I was embarrassed, I still am. I wanted to do something before I face you again." Shaurya said apologetically.

“What is this drama now! You just projected me like a typical father." She wasn't satisfied with his answer.

"Let's have dinner together!" His mom suggested.

"I gotta leave!" Riddhima said. Her tone was low and she was down.

"He said I'm the one who cares the most about him. He didn't even care following me." Riddhima was drunk again. She was lost in her own thoughts after managing to book a cab.

"Every time he ran away from home, he came back in a week or two. We were always in touch. 6 months had been hard for me. Doesn't he know that? He didn't even bother giving me a hug. I went crazy about his whereabouts. He didn't care....."She was mumbling as her voice trailed off.

"Miss, continue the story. You can't leave the listeners all intrigued." The driver said. "Also I need to hear from other person's pov too...."

"Familiar voice!" She said trying to have a clear look of his face. "Fruit vendor?"

"I'm a dancer." Vansh corrected.

“What are you doing?" Riddhima wondered when Vansh looked completely engrossed in his mobile when they were stuck in traffic

“Utilising time, I'm watching the movie I started the morning." He said.

“Is that how you watch movies? It won't be fun that way."

“Whatever I do, I do whith whole heart. So, I can enjoy watching it either way." He said starting the vehicle as signal changed to green.

“Can you focus on small details this way?  Many times, things we think are unimportant end up being plot twists."

“Yeah, I would rather watch it attentively, than missing the flow and losing interest. Having to re-watch is annoying too." He smiled.

“Btw, is it part time job? My dad told me to dial this number whenever I need a ride. A friend of him provides cab services. He sends someone reliable to drop me home." She said.

"I see. That someone happened to be me today, and your dad's friend happened to be my hostel warden. Such a small world. They will pay me based on time."

"That won't fill your pocket right! Doesn't it make you upset?"

"I like cars and I enjoy driving. But I'm in no position to afford it. This makes me happy. I work with them only if I'm in mood to drive."
