Everyone's attention shifts to Avu when they noticed her limping while walking and her appearance was not the usual jolly chirpy one. A maid quickly rushed towards her and helped her on which Avu mouthed her a soft thankyou.

She uttered with a small smile, Vibha giggles on the special nickname given to her son by his girlfriend who is in reality, is his wife. On antithesis, Sid ignored the little fun made by his mom to him as his focus was on her behaviour which wasn't looking normal at all. Being a nice observer and also as he have started understanding her so much, he could feel the oddness in her demeanor.

Sid and Vibha asked at the same time. Avu gaped Sid while blinking her lashes continuously as she was using her best acting skills to pretend herself to be normal. Vibha's head twitched in Sid's direction and she stare him with utter confusion.

She blabbered without making any eye contact with him. Even though his face vestments no expression, but a suspicious gaze was floating in his eyes. She smiled cheekily on which he narrowed his eyes.

Sid- pull out your shoes

Both Vibha and Avi furrowed their eyebrows, Vibha in confusion while Avu knew that he was getting suspicious and she quickly shook her head.

Sid- you won't stop behaving like a obstinate monkey kid, will you ?

He retorted, while kneeling down before her. Vibha sensed the profoundness in his tone but couldn't help from adoring this side of her son. Avu tried to draw up her leg but he knew beforehand that she would do this so he held her leg in a firm grip but made sure not to hurt her.

He gently removed her shoe and found her feet bruised red and swollen. Vibha gasped and his gaze harden and he slightly stroke it with his fingers. She hissed even on the slight touch and his fingers stopped on their tracks and he gritted his teeth.

He adduced on which Avu gave him a awkward smile. He knew that she was lying and she knew that he lied for her. It gave a chance to the butterflies to start their little play in her tummy.

The same servant came back within a minute and passed a healing spray to Sid. Sid gave a curt nod to him before taking it from the servant.

Avu- damn! It's not needed please

She protested and would have run from there if her foot wasn't injured.

Sid- no one is asking you

He said sternly before insetting her foot on his thigh. Her heart just skipped a beat as her brown eyes got fixed over the man in front.
