Kate was shitting bricks. Not literally. 

She could see the giant crowd waiting to hear from her.

It's been a two week period since the photos got released and everyone has been making up rumours about what will happen when Kate returns back too the spotlight and if she'll still be a superhero or not. There has been mostly good support from the public but there is always opposition and so the grown business men like to think they have a right to talk about what should happen when if nobody found out she would've never said anything and would've gone on as though it didn't happen.

Kate is dressed in everyday clothes, after her body being posted everywhere she feels... exposed and so she doesn't quite feel comfortable in dresses anymore. Or cropped tops or even tank tops. And definitely not in shorts.

Kate walks out on stage and she can see people more clearly now.

"Uh, hi guys. So I know it's been a while since any of you have seen me and that is because I've been taken some personal time away from everything." Kate starts and the crowd is quiet. Cameras are pointing at her and camera flashes are all she can hear.

"When I saw those pictures it... they brought back some memories that I have taken years to put behind me. in those pictures I'm a minor so they shouldn't really be posted online anyways but or people who are wondering what exactly happened it was a long story of healing. I was 17 and drunk one night after a fight with my mum. I was being rebellious and decided to ignore the driver she had sent for me which is when I took a off road alleyway which is when I was.. well you can probably guess what happened. After that I went home and I told my mum and she just told me I was doing it for attention and if I told anyone that she would cut all ties with me for ruining the reputation of our name. That's why I pretended it never happened and I hoped I'd never have to think about it again but just for those wondering. Whoever posted those photos have already been tracked down and the avengers are going to be seeing you soon." Kate states and the crowd erupts into applause and Kate's heart is filled with warmth.

"And I'd like to thank everyone who has supported me through all of this and I just want to let you know that this will not change who I am. I am still the purple hawk and I promise that if any of you need to talk about a situation like this you can message me on twitter as you know my dm's are always open to you" Kate announces before waving and turning around and walking of the stage to the sound of praise and applause.

Kate knows that she's got support because as unfortunate as it is. It's not uncommon for a girl or guy to go through something like this and everybody needs somebody who understand how they're feeling.

Everyone deserves somebody to listen.
