the tactics of a coward are as follows:

never say what you mean, or mean what you say

hide your true feelings with an amicable front

hint at your frustration but always delay

it would simply be cruel if you were too blunt

confrontation is not an option, and never will be

you can't tell the truth or you will lose them too

it doesn't matter if they cannot see

you just have to wait until they come back to you

focus on the smiles, the laughter, and the happiness

think about the future, about friendship's forever vow

whatever they did this time, you simply must dismiss

because only a coward would forgive and forget now
