Chapter 4

Next Day
It's Sunday morning, And I have to quickly do my stuffs as I have to go to Emma's house.
She will tell me more stuffs about it and her mom will be back by afternoon, we have to tell her mom that I also know their secret.

Tomorrow when I went to Emma's room after like literally eight months, her room was so different yet normal. She took out her magic wand from hidden place & made a door from it.., like some door made of light, As she opened it was completely a different room a proper room..., Like a work place of witch, big library with spell books and history, little potion bottle.., but only 4-5 were filled and I don't know what they were about Emma didn't tell..
I understand..., But I want to know..,

I was always feverish of Fantasy books, movies and series..., I always used to wonder if magic was real..!?
Now that I know.., I want..

"Kara comedown, what's taking so long who will make us breakfast, so much work is left.. our love has spoilt you.. Comedown quickly. " I heard my Aunt shouting from down stairs.

Yeah..! "There love."

" Just a second Aunt Diana..!" I replied and quickly made my hair and walked down stairs.

As I reached kitchen, I saw no one did dishes last night. I sighed.
Washed necessary utensils, and prepared breakfast and served my Aunt, Uncle and there son my cousin.
I went outside the garden and saw all the clothes were on ground.
Oh no I have to wash them again.
I went inside...
"Aunt..! Actually our clothes got dirty maybe due to bad weather they fell on ground, I am putting all of your clothes again in washing machine.. will you please hang them after that?" I asked hopefully.

Aunt Diana - What.. I think you did this on purpose, we are raising you and that's what you did.., didn't gave food last night, didn't washed dishes and now you did this..., Why are you making me work so much don't you think you should be Thankful that you have house to live in , food to eat... And that's how you BEHAVE. HOW SHAMELESS YOU ARE!? Now it's your punishment for today do it all yourself."

My fault? My Punishment...!
Ain't that my daily routine..? Everyday I do this punishment..., What's the difference..? It's only there ways to get out of situations by blaming it on me.

Aunt Diana - still you are standing on same spot..keep moving, tomorrow you were all day in your room, I didn't say anything.

They don't even know I was not home.
A tear escaped my eyes but I quickly wiped out, I can not even cry in front of them, last time when this happened what they did still horrifies me.
I was ten back then,
I can not even imagine what they will do with me now.
" Yes..! I am sorry Aunt Diana."
Saying that I got my self indulgence in households.

After completing all the work, it's time for me to eat my breakfast now,

" Aw.. my poor little Kara must have got tired of work now.. take this money and list and bring this groceries okay and with leftover money eat or buy whatever you want..oky!" Aunt Diana said lovingly petting my head and pulling my cheek .

" Thank you so much Aunt.." I replied.

Uncle - This boy again got failed in exam, what kind of son I have got..! work hard son, otherwise I really worry about your future.

" I got third rank in class.."

All three of them looked at me as if they.. they saw some shit.

Making that disgustful face uncle said
" So... Did you came first..? Your school performance is getting lower day by day.., why are you trying to prove us how useless you are.. we already know that. Learn to cook, you can't even cook properly..., You make the worst Food."
Saying tha uncle stormed out.

Ofcourse what was I thinking , that they will be happy hearing that.
No matter how hard I work & what I do, they will never love me.
I know this fact.
What they expect me to do in such environment and in suffering.
Why you keep trying?? Why you do this to yourself Kara...Why..?

" Don't take his words on your heart Kara.., he is just worried about you!"
Aunt Diana said in sweetest voice.

" Don't worry Aunt, I will bring the groceries, just few minutes, let me first eat my food" I said casually.

Aunt Diana - Sorry hun...! Your Uncle ate all of it.

Yeah..! So called bad cook!

I looked at the clock it's 1:00 p.m. now, I have to go at Emma's place.
I have to rush.
" It's okay, Aunt Diana I will eat something outside you gave me some extra money.. " I walked towards shoe rack.

Aunt Diana- Good girl, and one more thing how you washed your clothes? I hope not in my washing machine.

" No.. no I washed them myself Aunt.."
Saying that I turned forward to take out my shoes.

"Good!" I heard Aunt Diana saying.

" I will be back by evening as I am going to.." I turned to face Aunt.
She was gone..
" Emma's , house!"

I walked out,
I going to Emma's house first.
