Morning Calls

"Good morning wifey!" V yawns and gives me a kiss through the screen.

"Hahaha don't call me that Taehyung!"

It's been a year now since I met V. Time has passed with us skyping every day, except when he has concerts on or when he falls asleep right after a packed day of practice. That almost never happens though, even if it's for only 5 minutes he always makes sure to say goodnight to me before he sleeps.

Ahh... so cute... I watch him give me a big smile while scratching his bed hair, looking at me with eyes full of love.

This is the Taehyung I've gotten to know. I smile at him and poke his cheek through the screen.

"Hey... when's the next time I'm gonna see you?" I ask him sweetly.

Ever since we met in Thailand, I called his number and since then we've been keeping in contact with each other. He's never been able to visit my place though. His schedule keeps him too busy for that, and his manager's pretty strict.

"Hehehe... that's a secret Nicole." Taehyung gives me a wink and asks about my day.

We always start the day off like this. Since our timezones are pretty similar, we wake up at around the same time and ask about each others' day the day before. That's because usually by night time, Taehyung's too worn out to talk so we figured out that mornings were the best time. It's so cute anyway seeing his just woken up face every day, hehehe~

"Hey! Tae Pabo! What you looking at?~" I hear voices in the background. Taehyung gives me a shhh gesture with his finger, and looks up at Jimin who now shares the screen.

"I'm talking to my wifey," He says, with a blank look on his face.

"Hahaha ewww, wifey?! Okay TaeTae"

Uggghhhh Tae you're so embarrassing sometimes = =""

 Jimin looks at me through the screen. It's the first time he's seen me, I think. I'm a bit shy so I cover my face but Jimin just smiles.

"Is that Nicole? HIIIIIIII NICOOOOLLLEEEEEE~~~!!!!" I laugh. Jimin's so cute! I'm glad he accepts me as Taehyung's... umm... lady friend.

I don't know what we are to be honest. It's complicated. Taehyung obviously can't have a relationship because of his status as an idol, but we act like a couple anyway...? And we always say "I love you" before we go to sleep. It's like a thing Taehyung ended up forcing me to do... ><""" Anyway.

I guess we are friends who like each other? Special friends? I don't know to be honest. But aarrrgghh who cares! I'm happy just to be this close to Taehyung!

"Big sis! Is big bro Taehyung there?? :D" My brother jumps to my bed ecstatically.

"Heyyyy my little alien brother Theo! I missed you ^-^" Tae and Theo start to chat about the latest One Piece episode and Jimin already left so I leave the both of them to it.

I go downstairs and start making coffee when my brother runs to me with the phone, saying the call has finished.

"Nicole!! Big brother Tae said that he's coming here with his friends to film something!" I look at Theo in shock.

"Wait, what?!"

I start to call Taehyung, but he's busy.

"What did he say? When's he coming?? TTTEEELLLL MMMEEEEE!!!!!" I shriek at my brother. I'm so excited. I can't believe I'll be seeing Taehyung again!

"But... he said we couldn't go because... the manager said it's a private shoot and he might get distracted." Theo gives me a sad look.

Wow, now I'm sad. This really does suck...

I look at my coffee turning cold.

"...It's okay. Hey, cheer up. We'll see your big brother Tae soon." I pat Theo on the head and go back to my room.

It's my birthday soon as well... I look at the pink bunny plushie Taehyung sent me through the mail a few months ago. It's okay Nicole, you know Taehyung cares. He just can't control these things.

I take out my textbooks and start to study.
