After dinner Jere invited me to the bonfire and I gladly accepted, but for some reason I kinda didn't want to go because belly wasn't going. I felt like we were ignoring her and she felt left out. So I wanted to make sure she's okay that I'm going.

When we got there Jeremiah got him and I some drinks and he led us to a quieter part of the beach.
" Ellie... I have to get something off my chest" he said
" Oh okay, what is it?" I said confused
" I think I'm in love with you..." he said looking me in the eyes
" oh , wow" I couldn't get a word out of my mouth
" I liked you since the first grade, and I understand if you don't wanna be with me and you don't wanna ruin our friendship an-"
I cut him off " just shut up and kiss me"
We leaned in, a kiss turned into a make out,
Our foreheads were connected and we were both out of breath
"In case you didn't catch it already, I'm into you too"
He laughed
We just layed on the sand and looked at the stars
" we should do this more often " I said
" yea, we should definitely make out more"
He said
" stargaze , but yes" I said
We talked and laughed until we heard someone yell
