As the days went by, things got tougher for Jungkook, Taehyung was in front of his eyes yet he felt alone. So he decided to talk to him about the misunderstanding between the two of them. So when he saw that Jimin was busy watching TV and Taehyung was about to go upstairs to his room, Then he ran first and hid there and waited for him to come, when Taehyung reached upstairs. "Who the.." said Taehyung when he felt someone pulling him towards the stairs. "What are you doing?" He said when he saw it was Jungkook. "I want to know the same thing, what have you been doing?" Jungkook said angrily, he had been waiting for Taehyung to be alone but he was intentionally not leaving Jimin's side even for once.

"what?" Taehyung replied as if he had done nothing wrong to give an explanation and it was not as big as being with someone he used to have a crush on. It felt like jealousy or insecurity that weren't allowing him to think about anything other than that particular moment. "Why are you doing this?' Jungkook asked softly but inside he was feeling very impatient. "I don't know what you're talking about" Taehyung said as Jungkook held his face lightly with both of his hands and so that he couldn't move "Don't do that, please" he said and their faces were only inches away, Taehyung was able to feel Jungkook's breath so close.. "Let me go." He tried to say but Jungkook couldn't able to hear him clearly.

Taehyung pushed Jungkook back a bit and he hit the wall behind, "Jungkook please, I don't want to talk right now." Taehyung said and again tried to run away, escaping the situation. "I'm sorry Tae" Jungkook panicked and tried to apologize as he didn't want Taehyung to leave without listening to him. "Jungkook, please leave me alone," Taehyung said in a low voice. "Why... why are you saying that?" Jungkook said he felt a strange feeling inside. "Please, I request you and I don't think it will be difficult for you to do this because you have done this to me before." Taehyung said and there was a sudden change in the tone of his voice as if he was controlling himself from crying. "Don't say that, please don't say that," Jungkook said as he grabbed Taehyung's shoulders and turned him towards him. "Kim, you're so important to me, why would I ever leave you alone?" Jungkook began to say and gently touched Taehyung's face.

Taehyung liked Jungkook's sudden effort to stop him like this, and he wanted to live the moment so he wasn't backing off anymore. Jungkook took this as a sign and began to lift Taehyung's face and started touching Taehyung's lips with his own and gave him a peck. This feeling was magical. His heartbeat started beating so fast that one could hear it even from afar. Taehyung was feeling like crying, he couldn't understand whether what Jungkook was saying right now he really took those words to heart or not but the long lasting touch of Jungkook's lips was giving him goosebumps. "It's same like before and in the same place." Taehyung thought and was about to kiss him back but Jungkook suddenly stopped. "Tae, I can't see the tears in your eyes. Please don't cry." Jungkook began to stroke Taehyung's cheeks with his thumb, giving him the nostalgic feeling he had experienced before. "Can you give me a second chance?" Jungkook asked softly and anxiously waited for Taehyung to say something. “It hurts..” Taehyung managed to say this and was on the verge of crying but Jungkook hugged him.

"Shush" Jungkook tried to calm him down by rubbing his back, and then hugged him tightly. "Tae?" He said softly when Taehyung was silent, "Hmm" Taehyung replied. "Want to talk about this?" Jungkook asked softly and "Not here, in your room" Taehyung said, but Jungkook didn't want to stop hugging Taehyung. “Jungkook” Taehyung said again and then Jungkook had to withdraw his hands, Taehyung started walking first and Jungkook followed. After entering the room, Taehyung sat down on his bed and after closing the door Jungkook came down in front of him and got down on his knee. He sat there and asked "Tell me, what's going on in your mind?" Jungkook held his hand and asked softly. Taehyung's heart started beating after hearing Jungkook's caring voice "You won't lie again, will you?" Taehyung asked to be sure which made Jungkook feel guilty for the mistakes he had done.
