Alyssa got pulled out of school ,quit her Social activities and never went to her support group. She just stayed in her room thinking about her mother wondering why something like this could happen to such a wonderful person. Soon even the roses couldn't make her forget , even for just a moment. Her father was at work 24/7 and when he was home he paid no attention to her. He acted like she was invisible, like she never even existed. Alyssa thought she reminded him to much of her mother but it still hurt to not feel loved. Her brother went off to collage and Alyssa was still alone in her room. Her father was sick of the reminder of his lost love so he sent her to an institution. She has lost everything, her home, her family, friends, the roses and her mother. Alyssa eventually just stoped feeling. She stoped feeling the pain, the sadness, the heart break she felt nothing but numbness. She stoped moving and thinking. She just sat in a wheelchair by the window in her hospital room watching the kids play and running around with there family's. But seeing the kids playing and happy made her fall deeper into her depression. The doctors brought her medication four times a day and Alyssa just grew tiered of it. Each time the doctors came in for the next week she would put the pills under her pillow until she had enough to kill the numbness.
