panic attack - conrad

It was afternoon and we were getting the tables set for the party.
Susannah always goes all out. Its her thing.

Our dads will also be coming into town. My dad is coming with his girlfriend. And Mr.Fisher is also coming into town.

Every time Mr.Fisher comes into town. I notice that Jeremiah is more talkative with him. And Conrad is more.. distant.

" Y/n , can you go put the sheets on the guest room upstairs. For your dad." my mom states

"Wait- Dad is staying here. In the room right across from mine. What- Why!"

"Because.. we thought it would be easier."

I grab the sheets and go upstairs.

My dad and my mom got a divorce last summer. And now this summer he's coming into town with his young girlfriend. What a bitch.

As I'm making the bed I hear some footsteps.

"You know that's not how you fold them. You have to do it at a 90 degree angle."

I turn around and see Conrad.

"Then why don't you help me" I giggled . And he does.

"So.. how do you feel about you dad coming into town?" i state.

"Uh- um. I don't know."

"Well, i mean at least his doesn't have a new girlfriend or something right?" i laugh.

But he doesn't. In fact, he starts to breathe heavily. He starts to have, I think a.. panic attack.

"Conrad.. are you okay?"

"No-" he voice is shaky.

I scoot closer to him. Wrapping my arms around him.
He falls into my arms.

A couple minutes go by.

"What.. happened?"

"Um- It's this thing, I have them when I overthink or when I get stressed for a long time. And my dad is the main problem to cause them." he chuckles a little at the end.

"Have you told anyone about them?"

He shakes his head.

"No.. It's something that doesn't happened as often in public."

I hug him again. Its been long since I've embraced him, since I've held him in my arms.

a/n:  hii. so i didn't start to make stories as soon as i got requests because it logged me out😭. but i'm backk
also i know this story sucks ass but i don't really know the effects or how it feels to have a panic attack so i tried my best. also i rushed it because i just wanted to get it out. i'll probably edit it in the future. thank you guys for the support though , i appreciate it.
