"Be careful. We don't want you to be the next body turning up on the news."
"Of course mom." I said faking worry. "I'll be careful, but I can't let the team down."
"Of course hon. Just don't go alone. And be sure to text me when you get to school. Okay?" I nod, and with that, I head out on my bike, meeting kageyama halfway to the school at the usual intersection.
"Hey Hinata."
"Kageyama! Did you see the news?"
"Yeah. That was terrible luck for her." It irked me a little how hhe talked about her, but I said and showed nothing. "But I honestly can't say I'm gonna miss her. She was a little clingy."
"Oh? You don't like clingy people?"
"Not really. They get on my nerves a little. But I don't mind that much with you."
"Wait, Im clingy?"
"A little, but it doesn't annoy me as much as it would with other people." I nod and hum. He only knows the half of it, really. If he knew it all, he'd freak out. And if he freaked out, I'd have to kill him, and then myself. And I'd really hate to do that. As we approached the school, I texted my mom letting her know I was here. "What are you doing boke?" My heart raced as he looked over my shoulde, his breath on my ear.
"My mom wanted me to let her know when I got to school. She's worried, sincce apparantly the girl was killed only a mile from my place."
"Damn."
"What about you?"
"My parents are out of town. So they don't know yet." I nodded and smiled on the insaide, knowing I could walk into his house and watch him sleep again without anyone knowing.
"Speaking of out of town, I think my mom is going on a buissness trip soon. If you want, you can come over." I suggested, getting that familliar possessive feeling over him.
"Yeah, sure. I wouldn't mind staying at your place." I smiled.
"Yay! Kageymas coming over!"
"I'll come over tomorrow, give you some time to talk to your mom about it, you know?"
"Yeah, sure thing." I said as we got to the club room to change for morning practice. As he took his shirt off, I watched him fron the corner of my eye. He's so hot with his abs and toned body. And those eyes could drown me, and I'd thank them. I'm making him mine, one way or another.
Acting like I definetly wasn't watching him, I changed into my practice clothes, and got ready to play. Daichi and suga came in. "Morning you two."
"It's good to see you! Especially after this mornings news."
"Yeah. Poor girl."
"Didn't she go here?"
"Yeah, she used to watch me play." Kageyama answered.
"Wow. It's odd for you to remember someone who comes to watch."
"The only reason I remember her is cause she was clingy. She confessed to me yesterday, you know?"
"Oh? What'd you say?"
"I said no. I wasn't into her." He mumbled under his breath. and I acted slightly scared.
"My mom's really concerned for me and natsu, cause she only lived a mile away from us. She's being protective."
"I don't blame her. If I were a parent, I'd do the same thing." Daichi nodded in agreement as he finished changing.
"Let's go set up. There's nothing we can do exept be careful."
"Yeah. I'm sure they'll catch the person responcible for it soon. The only issue is this was planned." I gulped. They could tell?
"How do you know?"
"The person was really caeful. There's no evidence. Not even a hair left behhind. Only a little bit of cloth from something on the windowstil, and it's a common fabric in a common color. Nothing really to go off." On the inside I sighed. On the outside, I acted nervous. "I'm sure you'll be okay though. You and your sister. Okay?"
"Yeah.. Lets just set up for today, okay?" Suga nodded in understanding, and with that, we left the club room.
My mom decided not to go on the buissness trip, which her boss understood entirely, but she agreed to have kageyama over tomorrow. So with that, I hid the shrine in my closet in a box under my bed, next to my bloody clothes, and the knife I stole from the house of that girl I killed. After being satisfied with hiding all the news clippings, photos, and keepsakes I took, it was time for bed. And with that, I slipped on my black hoodie, and shoes, before waiting until I was sure my mom and sister were asleep. And once I was sure, I snuck over to kageyamas house in the dead of night.
Reaching his house, I looked up at his window. No lights on. Perfect. I know for a face he doesnt have an alarm or a dog, or anything like that. Neither did the neighbours. But I still snuck in through the back door, and walked up to his room. Opening the door silently, I saw him sound asleep in his bed, and I walked over with my camera, moonlight illuminating his face softly. I took a few pictues, before I stared at him lovingly. Soon my love. Soon we will be together. I saw a shirt he wore earlier and picked up up, taking a deep breath. He smelled like blueberries, and it drove me crazy. I wanted him over me, and just to take me, but not now. Not yet. It was too soon. I still have threats.
The clock read 2:47 am. Wow, I'd already been here nearrly an hour. I strokedd his face gently. He was a heavy sleeper, he wouldn't wake up from that. I knew, cause I did it once out of curiosity. With that, I slipped back out of the house reluctantly, and went back home, going to sleep. I'd need it for the days to come.
