Step I:
Get someone's hair-dryer while he or she is way.
Step II:
Fill the baby powder inside the hair-dryer.
Wait your friend uses the dryer. When your friend uses it in his or her hair, the powder inside of the dryer, all of the powder will go all over his or her hair.
