He watched as the thick blood dripped down her hand, the gold encrusted handle seeping into her veins, puncturing the heart that loved him the most. She nore uttered a word, only ever so slowly stepped towards him. The love that they had, whether it be held together by bandaids or stitched back up in the mists of violence, was always unconditional. He looked at the gold encrusted handle once more, before looking into her beloved eyes, ever so soft tears running down her face. He could feel tears starting to form in his own eyes, not knowing what he was feeling, he just let them fall. All the love he had and all that he had been given, had flashed before his eyes as he tried to grasp onto every memory. He looked back into her eyes once more, longing for her to stay with him just a little longer, just a little further. Reality then struck him as if a bucket of ice was dunked over his head. He grabbed her and ran, not knowing where to go but he knew he couldn't let her go. The eerie silence was filled with her delicate breathing pattern and prolonged heartbeat that was synced to his. He ran past the rooftop where they shared so many memories and past the convenience store where they would share an ice cream after every date. When was it enough for her to call this place home. He had so many questions. His sole purpose now dripping from his hands, threatening to realise its sole. Her skin turned as white as snow as if winter had come early. HELP He yelled into the hospital as he reefed open the door. HELP, he yelled again. Doctors and nurses came running from every direction. One doctor he remembered in particular, one that had treated him so many times. He slowly picked her up from his arms and started to rush away. He just sat down, shocked by the situation. Once he sat down, all of it hit him at once. Tears started violently falling down his face as he buried them in his hands. His whole body flinched as a few hands started to pat him on the back. Felix, Chan he uttered a smile through all the tears. They all just say in silence, no it's going to be alright phrases that he was tired of hearing. This had happened before but he'd always been there to stop it, why does she want to be out of this world so bad.
